This company was amazing to work with. I called 3-4 mitigation companies and they couldn't get to my house for at least a week. Scott, from Pruoclean, was here within 24hrs. He was honest and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend PuroClean. They did an excellent job with clean up and mediation after our master bathroom flooded. They communicated regularly, explained the process and work throughly. Josue lead the team that did the majority of the work in our home. I was so impressed with him, Brandon and Eli. They were all very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked incredibly hard to complete the job as swiftly as possible. We couldn’t be more grateful for their help in such a stressful event.

We had a terrible rain about 5 inches of rain in an hour. We called our insurance company and PuroClean was out within a day to start clean up. We were very pleased with their work, efficiency, and timely they were.

They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, & helpful w\ my mudroom issue!

I took their free CE class on Hoarding with Dana Weiss at the Caseyville office and it was informative, interesting and fun! I will definitely attend more classes there in the future!

Our experience with Puro Clean was outstanding. From my first phone call they were genuinely interested in serving our needs by resolving the water issue in our finished basement. Every person we dealt with dealt with, from the office to the technicians, were professional, courteous and considerate. If we could give them 10 stars we would do it.

Our journey with Puro clean started in April 2023. We had water damage and the clean up team we would give 5 stars. We used them to restore our damage- used them as a general contractor- everyone else was 1 year waiting list and we couldn’t wait that long. We used them for hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets, painting, & trim work. The whole process after the clean up was a disaster. The list of things that weren’t done correctly is a mile long & we are still dealing with having the things that they “fixed” correctly fixed. So insurance paid them to fix it and we are having to pay out of our pocket to have it done correctly. The sub contractors used were not reputable ones, many complaints, some even from our neighbors due to their actions. The kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced. Instead of hiring an actual cabinet company install them they sent 2-3 guys who by the looks of it had never installed cabinets. Many mistakes were made and puro clean did replace many of the pieces, yet now I am dealing with trim falling off and other things. I am also having to have each interior door repainted due to peeling paint & globs of paint that wasn’t smoothed. Our original doors were painted with a paint gun, they used brushes and it is just really bad. No attention to detail at all. This was a very expensive job over 70k, we should have waited the year for someone else. They would of course want to fix these issues, but their fix is to send the same guys to fix it that did the awful job in the first place. My list is too long to put here, wish I could.
My advice is go ahead and use them for water clean up but don’t even bother with any restoration. Oh and it took until the fall of 2024 for them finish up the job. The customer service and overall experience was probably the worst we’ve ever had.

About 4 months ago had water in my basement. The clean up process went great. They came in the next day extracted the water, pulled the pad and brought fans in to start drying it out. So we decided to go with them for the rebuild of our basement, was that a mistake. It took them three weeks before they even started to rebuild and after they were started took another 9 to finish it. So 9 weeks to paint two rooms, drywall one and hang 3 doors. All the work was sub contracted out and the people they subcontracted to workers who showed up in unmarked vehicles and were dressed less than professional. Had to leave my house unlocked for the 9 weeks bc they could never tell me when someone was going to be there. And could not take that many days off work to wait for someone to show up. Workers had to come back several time to fix things that I found sub par and just were plain wrong. Like one door wouldn’t close didn’t pull any of the outlets flush with drywall (even asking numerous time for them to fix) one out they did pull out the cover doesn’t cover the hole they made to do it. And after we paid our final balance that said we paid in full they are now coming after us saying they made an accounting error and demanding we pay another $1000 or they will take us to court. Won’t even have a conversation about all the subpar work that was done and try to negotiate with us. Also I forgot that they kept using my personal tools without my permission.

Everyone from PuroClean was professional, conscientious, and pleasant to work with. They did a thorough job with all equipment set up and monitoring for our water mitigation job and got everything dried out for us. Our wood floors and ceramic tile floors were dried out with no damage to them, which was a a big worry alleviated. Everyone was mindful of their responsibilities and took great care inside our home. We highly recommend PuroClean for any mitigation services.

Company was on time. They had to leave equipment but they were back when Promised and finished the job. Good job .

I had visits from 3 different teams over two weeks (one team returned 3-times) and they were all polite and professional. They were hard workers and very helpful in the heavy lifting after a flooded basement. I know that they were helping many other homes after this flood and were stretched thin. Thank you for the attention to my needs!

Puroclean was assigned to us as part of a sewage mitigation insurance claim. They tracked sewage up and down our stairs and even into our living room before applying protective plastic on 50% of the stairs or on the “path” leading outside of our home. Multiple times on different visits. As a professional cleaning company, that is absurd. On top of our basement being ruined, we now have to replace the carpeting for the entire staircase. It’s completely stained with sewage and could have been easily avoided. When we brought this up, they said they can’t remove carpeting and to take it up with the insurance company. They were hesitant to acknowledge any wrongdoing even though this was 100% on them. My wife and I had to bleach clean a lot of our main floor from their lack of professionalism.

I would never recommend this service.

Dana Weiss, the Marketing Manager, was the speaker, and she did an excellent job. She was polite, friendly, and professional throughout the session. The class was very informative and well organized, providing valuable insights into a complex topic. Thank you also for the delicious snacks and box lunch — such a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend PuroClean Metro-East for their educational offerings and professional approach.

Prompt, professional team. Great inspection, analysis, and proposed remedy, which was not nearly the remediation that I expected. Highly recommend this company.

Decided to work with them only because our insurance had contracts with them so we thought it would be easier to manage. Terrible experience. They hired people off the street with no skills. These people caused more damage and work had to be redone, and redone. We took photos and reached out to management multiple times asking them to send professionals but they didn’t care because we paid the majority of what was in contract. What could have been completed in a few days took 4 months. To make matters worse, when we complained, they threatened to sue us. Just stay away. There are many other professional companies with excellent customer service and excellent workmanship.

Received a very quick response to our service request. Water mitigation service was performed and we are very satisfied with the results.
