Waking up with a 1/4” of water on your bedroom floor at 5am is not a fun way to wake up. Panic, uncertainty, and just not knowing what to do. Allstate is my insurance, called them up and Puro Clean mitigation was sent out. They came out within hours which was awesome.

Kevin was my project manager and you can tell he has experience and the hustle, but is still compassionate. He treated me like a person which may sound weird, but he sees stuff like this everyday and still had a gentle tone. All his teammates as well were great. They are people like you and me.

They were quick, but very thorough with drying everything out. They let me ask questions, showed me how they measure and gave advice based off of what they have seen. Only time will tell, but I believe they did the best they could and saved the house from potential additional damage.

I am happy with the mitigation team. I know Puro Clean has serval contractors. I highly recommend the water damage team.

My basement flood restoration was awesome now I’m waiting for them to do my rebuild which I was already informed that it will be in the middle of February so I’m waiting on that hope it goes better than the last review I read from a prior customer fingers crossed.

The PuroClean crew arrived, and started working, within hours of our basement flooding on a Saturday. The power was even out and they set up lights and did what they could until power was restored. They explained what they were going to have to do to mitigate the water damage, so there were no surprises, and walked me through the equipment they had set up.
