Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Windy City Inspections did an inspection today for us on a condo in a high rise we are purchasing.
Jarrod was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, friendly.
He explained the inspection process and completed his report within a couple of hours after he finished the inspection.
We highly recommend Windy City Inspections.

I had a great experience using Windy City for my home inspection. They were extremely thorough, prompt in getting me the report, and friendly. As a first time home owner it was important to me to chose a trustworthy company. I would definitely recommend their services!

Windy City provided a thorough inspection with all the necessary details. They also sent the report faster than expected. Definitely worth the money. They are professional and experts in their field.

Thorough home review of every nook and cranny of our new home. Comforting to start your new experience in a home you feel safe in.

Windy City inspections were great to work with. Brad was very knowledgeable and looked at all the details that could be easily overlooked. We had the inspection report available same day which speeds up the home buying process!

We had a great experience with Jarrod at Windy City Home Inspection! As first time home buyers, Jarrod did a great job walking us through his process and things to consider. Very thorough inspection and we promptly received the report after the inspection. Would highly recommend to others.

Had a great experience, Jarrod took the time to walk me through not only all the issues he found but also preventative maintenance measures I could take on other items throughout the house. Provided a very thorough and detailed inspection report quickly. They also didn't try to up sell me on anything or pressure me into doing extra testing (although I did choose to have extensive testing done anyway!).

Jarrod and his son were wonderful. They were extremely thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and so very kind. The process of scheduling was super easy, making payment was easy, and we have been so reassured that any follow up questions are welcome. We will absolutely call them for any future inspection needs, and will recommend to friends and family as well. Thank you for everything Windy City Inspection!

Brad was extremely thorough and got the report back to us in just over 12 hours. He took the time to explain everything in detail and ensure that we had no questions about the home we were exploring purchasing. Absolutely would recommend to everybody.

Jarrod was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the process stress-free. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Windy City Home Inspection - I am a first time homebuyer but feel so much better equipped and more knowledgeable about things to consider as I purchase my new home! Jarrod was exceptional - timely, professional, personable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Even as someone who has been renting the unit I’m purchasing for 4 years, Jarrod spotted things I never would have noticed or known needed fixing!

Inspector was incredibly thorough and we're very thankful he was so detailed. Report, pictures, and our conversation with him was all top notch.

Jarrod was very personable, inviting, and very professional. Met us outside the home and introduced himself immediately. He was very thorough on his process and how he involves the customer. He did his expertise and fielded every question or concerns we had. Looking forward to working with Jarrod again.

Chris, our Windy City home inspector was very thorough in his inspection report. Both immediate and future issues were covered. Both the owner, Jared, and Chris were very helpful answering questions on the phone following the inspection. If I had any suggestion, it would be for a brief "executive summary" at the front of the report that clearly highlights the most important issues that need attention for closing, and using more layperson's language.

I recently had Chris from Windy City Home Inspection inspect the house I'm purchasing, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Chris was incredibly thorough and helped us uncover potential issues that saved us a significant amount of money in future repairs. Thanks to his detailed report, we were able to negotiate with the sellers before closing, giving us peace of mind about our investment.

I highly recommend Windy City Home Inspection to all buyers out there. Don't ever skip an inspection; it's a small price to pay for such valuable information, especially when you're making the biggest purchase of your life. Chris also advised on doing sewer and radon inspections, which I'm glad we did for extra assurance.

Ensuring the safety of your future home and loved ones should always be a top priority, and Windy City Home Inspection helped us do just that. Thank you so much for the exceptional service

Jarrod was great. He was thorough and made sure I was involved during the inspection. The report was delivered timely as well.

Jarrod was very knowledgeable in everything he inspected. He arrived earlier than the appointment time which we appreciated because of the
hot weather. He was very thorough and highly recommend his company to our friends and family!

My realtor recommended Windy City Inspections & I was so glad he did! From the ease at making my appointment with Jennifer in the office, to Jarrod performing the inspection, everything went seamless. When Jarrod arrived at my condo, he explained what his procedure would encompasses, and performed a thorough walk through and inspection of the electrical, water, appliances HVAC unit, etc. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and informative. When his inspection was complete, he e-mailed me & my realtor, his final report within a couple of hours! I was then able to make an educated decision on the sale of my condo. I highly recommend Windy City Inspections. Thank you again Jarrod for your expertise!

Jarrod did a spectacular job--meticulous and thorough. He took time to check every aspect and explained the process along the way and answered any and all questions. I highly recommend his services.

Jennifer was so helpful in setting up the home inspection with us in a very timely manner. She was patient and pleasant throughout the process. Jarrod is precisely the man you want to inspect your home. He used to inspect airplanes and his attention to detail and unwavering dedication to check under the hood of every crack and crevice of the home was very reassuring. Also he was so kind in taking his time to explain what he was looking for, assessing and why was very educational and made for a great experience. See you at Ravinia Jarrod!
