Constraction reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Windy City Home Inspection done by its expert inspector Jarrod was the most professional and thorough home inspection that I have ever been involved with. I can only give them 5 Stars!

I recently had an inspection with Windy City Home Inspection and was very impressed with my inspector, Chris. He was punctual, thorough, and extremely detail-oriented. I appreciated the respect he showed for the property as well as the time he took to carefully explain his findings and answer all of my questions.

Windy City was wonderful with my inspection. The owner, Jarrod. conducted my inspection. It was my first and he did a great job of walking me through not only what I needed to know, but also was very knowledgeable about things I needed to be aware of as a homeowner; what I would call above and beyond for what I was paying for. Next time, I not only would I use Windy City, I would request Jarrod again.

Jarrod was professional, timely and friendly during our home inspection. This was our first time buying a house and he broke everything down for us in simple terms. We were done in less than 2 hours and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an inspection in the city. He was super knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys his job.

Jarrod was very professional and thorough with his inspection. I appreciated the extra effort he made with my college daughter (first time apartment owner) explaining the electrical panel, HVAC system, water pressure, warranties etc. He was just a super personable guy. Great experience, highly recommend!

I used Windy City Home Inspection for a Condo I am purchasing and had a great experience. Jarrod was very friendly and knowledgeable, he walked us through the inspection and made sure we understood everything fully. The price was reasonable and we would definitely use again in the future.

I was very pleased with Windy City Home Inspection, Inc. The inspection was scheduled the previous afternoon and the owner Jarrod showed up early the next morning to the home. I found him to be very professional, organized and detail oriented. He explained everything very thoroughly and I appreciate that he will remain accessible and available to answer any questions about his report. I would highly recommend using this company for any and all inspection needs.

Excellent service! We were able to schedule an inspection the same day despite a tight timeline, and Jarrod and Jennifer were wonderful to work with. Jarrod was efficient, thorough, and informative—he took the time to walk us through the entire process, which we really appreciated as first-time homebuyers. Windy City Home Inspection provided outstanding service at a fair price, and I highly recommend them!

Very thorough and professional inspection. Jarrod the inspector was quite knowledgeable and put me at ease with my soon to be new property! I would recommend Windy City to anyone. It's almost a joy paying for the inspection!

We had a great experience with Windy City Inspection. Jarrod was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He walked us through his process and each item in his report. As first time home buyers, we felt like we were in great hands. Thank you Jarrod!

Great job on building SCARLETT HAIR SALON.. 3759 S CALIFORNIA AVE. They did an amazing job Fast and great price... thank you

I had Prestige renovations come and do some inside and outside painting...got to say the crew was courteous, fast, honest and tidy...these guys were in my home while I was at work...excellent work..price was very fair compared to others..

Wonderful experience working with this team! Ash was personable, timely, and informative. We have worked with him on appraisals of his properties and are consistently impressed with both his work, work ethic, and demeanor. I strongly recommend Ash and the entire Prestige Renovations team!

I met Prestige for a remodeling job almost 2 weeks ago on Saturday and was told I'd have a written proposal on the following Tuesday. On Tuesday, someone from the office called and said I wouldn't have the quote until that Saturday. When I inquired about the time change, she said Leo the contractor would call me. Saturday came and went with no call and no proposal/quote. Now it is almost another Saturday which will make two weeks. I'm assuming I'm not going to get any information, but its really frustrating meeting contractors for jobs and they can't simply even give you a quote as promised. I'm using my time as well to get to these meetings.

Leo and his company did an amazing job building Scarlett Hair Salon on 38th and California. And also work around the house. I highly recommend Prestige renovations!! Thank you

The Best Team of Contractors

When we bought our first home, we were skeptical on which contractor to assign our home to. Prestige Renovations Services was introduced to us through a family friend and once we got to see their work, we were glad to have them working on our home. The aspect I loved about them was that the team consisted of only family members so no conflicts were derived. Another plus of Prestige Renovations Services Inc. is that the team consists of well-rounded contractors meaning that they have full knowledge of work in every field such as from electrical work to plumbing and to interior decor-related items. I was very happy with the quality and service provided and even till today I always call them to help fix up all the little things around my home.

We had an incredible experience with Prestige! We hired them to replace our old wood decking with new composite material, and they did a fantastic job. A+ communication from LEO, and the crew got the job done fast. The final product looks incredible. Thanks to Leo and his stellar crew!!!

At the end of my project, I want to take the time and rate Prestige Renovation work.
First of all, I was very skeptical about the idea of building my own house considering cost, time, and how to achieve a great design , but I also didn't want to spend tons of money on just another traditional house around the block. I was looking around for a good deal, and  finally decided to go with Prestige because of their unique style and quality of work.
I'm very impressed with their system, from the beginning to the end of my project, they sat down with me both the project manager and the general contractor to breakdown the numbers ,  so I was exactly aware where is my money going, on the other hand, I didn't really need to hire a designer,  they do have a talent in designing, Leo suggestions and feedbacks were great, plus his builders can turn a simple piece of rock into a masterpiece.
I would recommend Prestige inc. to anyone wants to have a great quality and unique place to live in.

Alfonso and his team were excellent to work with. They completed drywall work and painting for our unique unit. He was responsive and his teams were hard working. We had a small scheduling mishap and Alfonso was able to quickly remedy the situation and get us back on track.

Reliable and reasonable. Does job as agreed.
