Your scheduling process is clearly flawed, and it's clear that no one takes responsibility for communication.

Storm door installation had some minor flaws - cracks in the seal, to be exact. The installer was pleasant enough. Considering the cost involved, I expect better quality work and fewer issues. Defects like these shouldn't occur with a new installation.
