I have told my friends and family not to cut corners they need to use Servpro. They found moisture that you can't see with the naked eye.

Our water heater died suddenly one night and flooded our basement. The carpet was soaked. A relative of mine recommended Anthony and his team at SERVPRO of South Holland/Dolton/Riverdale so we called him up that night. Within minutes, Anthony responded and scheduled a time for the next day for his team to take care of us. The team was quick, efficient, friendly and professional and the price was more than fair. They arrived on time and proceeded to lift the carpet which we wanted to save, pull up the pads, move our heavy office furniture and bookcase, pull off the wall trim, treat the walls for mold and leave fans and dehumidifier to absorb remaining water. Net, net, our basement was fixed in no time with the least amount of hassle. I am super grateful for to this team and highly recommend them to others.

This company is outstanding in every aspect. Eduardo and Sinoe saved the day! Both these men and their team are miracle workers. After this Sunday’s torrential rains and sewer backup that caused flooding in my home, they took excellent care of every problem and potential problems and made my houses feel like a home again. I had checked this company reviews by the BBB and it was good ratings. However I gave them a try and they were very detailed and answered all my questions but more than that their team did a phenomenal job. Cino was very outstanding and the whole team did a great job including the ladies who was working just as hard as the guys. I was going to go with Roto Rooter but all they reviews was a 1 star but I'm so glad I chose ServPro because I'm very, very pleased and will for sure use them again if needed. Thank you ServPro of South/ South Holland for the job you completed as I wish all Restoration companies were like yours. Great Job.

Today our ServPro inspector came by to help us on a journey to fixing our basement from flood waters and Sewer back up. Chris and his team did and amazing job cleaning my basement after a flood from a pile that burst. Chris is super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The team showed up right on time (I love punctual people) and ready to work. He took his time explaining everything that was going to or could take place. I had a lot of water damage and mold forming in majority of my basement. They took their time and did everything thoroughly. They were able to remove and treat all of the places with mold and they took care of my items that were salvageable. They also did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. Give Chris a raise he’s amazing!

My experience with the Servpro team has been phenomenal. After having a water damaged basement we called Servproand received very prompt attention. The rep that came to our home was manager, Ms. Khalilah Milton. We found her to be quite pleasant, knowledgeable as she took her time explaining everything to us. She was quite friendly and thorough as she evaluated our space for damage and mold and gave her suggestions as to how to proceed. We never felt like she was simply trying to make a buck, but that she genuinely cared about restoring our home. I can’t say enough how pleasant it was to work with her; it was quite a delight. Pricing seemed fair - especially compared to some of the horror stories we’d heard of with other companies. A day or so later her team arrived - also punctual, pleasant, and thorough - and put into place what she’d suggested, and they made sure we understood exactly what they were doing step by step. I called for an emergency due to my chimney being completely blocked. They came out the same day, inspected it, and cleaned it out. They came the next day to fix what was wrong with my chimney, which I am glad because some toxic fumes were coming in to my home. I love that I didn't have to wait. The air quality in my house is so much better. They are very friendly and professional. They ALWAYS asked if I had any questions after explaining something to me. Thank you Chimney USA. 😀

Out of 20 plus frantic phone calls to companies seeking help for a squirrel inside my home located in my fireplace, Chimney USA was the ONLY company who made time to fit me in the same day and help.
Mirna and Jacob arrived at my home and "RESCUED" our family... lol.
They were both so super professional, worked very good as a team, and the best part was that they didnt even mind educating us on the process and some tips that we could do prevent it happening again.
They recommended that we install chimney caps on the top of our chimney to prevent water and any more critters entering our home through the chimney. We also got educated on the importance of having our flues cleaned to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning entering our home.
We decided to have them take care of it all and they did so all on the same day and at a very reasonable price.
I surely recommend them to any and anyone seeking this type of help!

This company really knows what they are doing. We felt confident in hiring them and are happy with their service. The only thing that was an issue is their communication. We had to call several times to get a proposal and they were at least an hour late for our scheduled appointment. Overall, we like them and would hire them again.

Edit: Mirna is absolutely right, I am not a customer and thank God I am not. I never received an estimate and Mirna kept criticizing the work being done to my home, very very odd and unwarranted. Seems like Latinos have had a negative experience with Mirna based on the reviews left.

So professional and they did such an awesome job. My mom had them work on her chimney and she asked me to write this review. She is so happy with their services and we will look to them for future services for our homes and be we will be sharing with our friends and family what a wonderful and professional company this is. The recent storms blew my chimney cap off so I called USA Chimney for a chimney inspection. They were able to come out that same day and were able to provide a quote for replacing the cap and chimney liner. While they were onsite I decided to have them clean the chimney and check for obstructions. The prices quoted were within the ranges I saw while researching this type of work. I'd recommend them if you're in need of repairs or cleaning services. Prompt, professional and fair pricing is what you can expect from this company.

The staff at Chimney USA Inc. Mirna was very informative, knowledgeable when it comes to the needs and repairing the chimney. She explains and take you step by step of the process. Pictures before the repair and after. I’m very satisfied with my repairs to my chimney.

My chimney was having a condensation problem, resulting in leaks and damage to my walls. I had several people misdiagnose the cause, but when I called Chimney USA, Mirna accurately identified the problem (it needed a liner and flashing repair) and outlined what they would do to fix it. Raphael and Sergio came by to do the job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and professionalism. My chimney is now lined and good to go. Just a great experience all around! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Chimney USA did a phenomenal job rebuilding my Mom's chimney in 2017, it looks better than any chimney on her block. Since my retirement, I have taken a more active role as caregiver to my Mom's regarding setting up and facilitating home repairs nd based home maintenance.

Today's annual inspection and gutter cleaning went better than expected which I truly appreciate. I love the professionalism, care and workmanship. Mirna and her crew are the most caring and compassionate contractors I have ever worked with. They were so considerate and respectful to my 84 year old mother while following state COVID-19 safety procedures.

Both times, Mirna and her crew were patient and careful to fully explain their services and answer every question which put my Mom at ease. In 2017 they even had a video and today the crew provided pictures to show us the importance of regularly scheduling the annual inspection. The work areas were cleaned and left in the original condition when they arrived.

The crew has excellent people and communication which I witnessed when we had to interact with one neighbor who granted us permission to his property for the gutter cleaning. The crew navigated a tight space to ensure that there was no damage. They guys were masters at handling the ladders and the situation. Bravo to Raul and Chris!

We felt more like family than just a customer. My calls were always returned and I was promptly notified there was a need or opportunity to reschedule. I received a text or call to keep me update on crew's ETA.

Excellent professional work , We had 2 chimney’s rebuild , the first property had a leak which damaged the ceiling ,
I was impressed with the chimney Technician as he spent about 45 minutes inspecting the roof to insure the chimney was the problem.
He explained everything after the inspection.
They fixed my chimney within one day , and took numerous photos at each step of the way explaining the materials used for the project.
The second building needed a complete rebuild , both buildings were 2 stories high and was impressed with safety measures taken to insure they kept a safe work area.
We are very satisfied with the quality work preformed at both building.
They left both work sites clean.
I have complete Confidence in the Company owner Mirna , she delivered quality honest work.
