Contractor reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Irregular sealing..

Very efficient, polite team!

Checkout the NBC 5 news store on what the workers did to the garden of a house they were working on and the horrible response they got from this company.

Good work, fair price!

Great family owned business. The staff are on time and very knowledgeable!

On time, excellent followup, friendly and professional staff.
Highly recommend.

Have used them twice for our back deck and they do a great job!

I wouldn't use them again. Lots of overspray of the stain and the missed large portions of the deck. Don't trust this company to do a good job.

We have used the services of Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing since the mid 90's. Impeccable work. Each and every time.

Great Company! Knowledgeable and professional staff. Cleaning and staining crew were polite, courteous, and provided quality work. Our deck has never looked better! Thanks!

Chicago Deck has a fantastic crew of workers! I've used them for years and have had nothing but great service and a great looking deck! You will not be disappointed.

The guys showed up on time and ready to work. Very efficient and friendly staff. And they hand brush the decks and fence quickly with great precision. Very good Clean up too.

We have used them for years. They won’t do them every year. They feel it is unnecessary. This time I persuaded them to do it after three years.

Professional and generally do a great job. We have used them to clean and stain our condominium decks for the past three or four times. This time they were a little sloppy with the stain. It appeared in places as big drips from the application.

These guys refinished our 6 unit condo deck this summer and did a great job. They were responsive and on time as well as quick (not hasty, there were just a lot of them!). They pressure washed the whole structure and then a few days later came back to do the staining. Thorough job and very timely. Thanks!

Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing are the best.
We're repeat clients and they have done an amazing job every time.

Great experience with these guys! Ryan came out to give us an estimate for power washing and resealing/staining our deck. I felt his estimate was VERY reasonable. It did take awhile for them to get to us, but once they started they were super fast and efficient. I did find a couple missed spots after they were gone, and a couple missed cleanup spots, Nothing major though. I mentioned it to Ryan and he sent a couple guys out next day to take care of it. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again when it's time to get our deck done again!

We have used Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing services for several years. We have been very pleased with the service including the quality of the cleaning and sealing in addition to the crews' care in protecting the landscaping surrounding our deck. We highly recommend them.

Great job in cleaning and sealing our small deck! Workers were on time and very considerate of our landscaping surrounding the deck. Work was done per quote and it looks great. Will use them again in a few years when the deck needs attention again.

Great work. Showed up on time. Even came back to do some touching up. Great price.

We have used Chicagoland Deck several times to clean and seal our porches, front and back, and have been 100% happy with the service and the results. We love the stain color on our new back porch. We recommended this business to a neighbor and would recommend it to anyone.
