Contractor reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Their team did a great job cleaning and staining/sealing our decks. They were communicative throughout the process, timely, and the quality of the work was very good. Our decks look like new! We're really happy with the results.

Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Sealing has serviced my condo building's back decking and porches twice over the years. Each time they were easy to work with, communicative, and professional.

I have used Chicagoland Deck Cleaners for over the past 15 years. Their work is excellent - the communication is clear and prompt. I fully expect to continue using Chicagoland Deck Cleaners in the future.

Had our upstairs patio deck off our bedroom cleaned and stained. Simple 2 day process. Great communication, scheduling was easy and a very fair price. Most importantly our deck looks phenominal.
NOTE: They provided a color board of what stain to use which was so much more helpful than looking at photos. I highly recommend Chicagoland Deck Cleaning and Sealing and will not hesitate to use them again in a few years.

I have used Ryan and his team for years for our deck and fence. They do such a great job. They are efficient, tidy, and easy to work with on scheduling. Plus, they are just nice people.

Worked with them to powerwash and then seal our 2-story deck. True to word, the first day took ~45 mins to power wash, and the second day took about 4 hours to brush everything with the treatment.

Great communication, transparent about costs/rate, and offered to come back to touch up spots the crew missed. 5/5 would work with again!

Chicagoland Deck Cleaning & Staining did an excellent job power washing & staining my multi-level porch, deck & stairs. They were on time and able the finish the job without damaging any of the plants in my garden. I have used their services in the past & will continue to use them again in the future. 👍

This company was very easy to work. They were professional, timely and did a great job at a good price. Highly recommend!

Have been using this service since 2007 as needed. Always been more than satisfied with their work! Just had the deck powerwashed and stained/sealed after repairing some areas of a wooden deck. Very happy with the outcome! Highly recommend. Very professional!

Chicagoland Decks did an excellent job. The crew was professional, polite, and hardworking. Our large job (two 1000 sqft decks and multiple partitions on three floors) was done over a little more than two days with a 15-man staining crew, which minimized any disruption. This is the second time we have used Chicagoland and will continue to do so. A job well done!

Great experience. They gave us an estimate digitally after providing some basic dimensions for the project. Very good communication for when our job was about to be done. Overall I would highly recommend their services. They even hand sealed/stained our kids play house for very little extra charge.

Just had our old garage sided by Daniel and his team. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. We thought we’d have to build a whole new garage but the team was able to restore ours for a great price

Professional honest fair

They did some stucco repairs and rebuilt the chimney on my house. Don't hesitate to hire

They installed a flat plastic roof (TPO) on my house, I've noticed it doesn't get as hot as the previous asphalt roof. Great job

I call them every year to inspect my house after winter. Three years ago they put a metal roof on my house and recently I had my gutters replaced. Looks great and the price was not bad.

Amazing!!! They did a fantastic job on my roof here located in Arlington Heights. The crew was not only prode signal, but went above and beyond my expectations. They were on time, clean with their work so definitely I recommend it!

Daniel did an outstanding job repairing and partially replacing our gutters and garage roof. He's professional, highly skilled, trustworthy and reliable, and simply a pleasure to work with!

Daniel Kozik takes huge pride in his work and it shows. Estimate was competitive and work done was outstanding. I had my roof and gutter miter boxes replaced. My soffit, fascia, and gutters power washed and painted. Everything was done very professionally and in a very timely matter. Great communication. I highly recommend Pioneer Exteriors Inc.

Excellent job on my roof and gutters! Dan and his team did a great job cleaning up my yard as well before they left. I would definitely use this company again. Price wise they were in the middle of the competition, but I am very happy with the work done! Easy to work with

I contacted Pioneer about a whole gutter replacement after getting a quote from another company. Daniel came out and actually told me the whole replacements was not necessary and really only needed larger downspouts and to fix a leaking section. He did not try and oversell me even though I went to him expecting the whole thing.

His pricing was fair and he and his crew did fast, great work! We also had them clean the gutters and power wash the outside. They now look and work great! We will be hiring them for an annual clean out each fall from now on!
