The project manager ALBERTO who is suppose over see the job, does not come out.
The 2 individual techs that come out do not follow the contract and what was disused with the project manager who originally came out to do the proposal. The techs want to change what was originally went over and approved. When you sign a contract with them they do not follow it. The techs left without completing the job because I stated I was not comfortable with them until the project manager Alberto came on site since they did not want to follow the contract and what was originally discussed and approved per the proposal.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unprofessional, they do not uphold their contacts or complete the job they were hired to do.

My husband and I both highly recommend Rocha Electric. Both Al and Sebastian represent the best in the industry. They are knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and thorough. On a personal level, they exhibit a friendly manner and are extremely considerate and mindful of any "mess" the job might create and are quick to rectify same. They are the cream of the crop!

We hired Rocha Electric to update our new modular home & we could not be happier with our choice. We changed all of our interior & exterior lights, along with four ceiling fans. All of our lighting switches were changed, some to LED dimming switches. Al provided the time table for the scheduled work since we were not presently residing at the home. We entrusted Rocha Electric by providing a key so they would have access to the residence. The company electrician, Bob, accomplished all the work prior to our deadline move in date. The quality of their craftsmanship is second to none. Honest, trustworthy & punctual. Three qualities that many companies fail to live up to but, seem to the norm with Rocha Electric. I would give Rocha Electric a strong 5-star rating & would recommend them for any of your electrical need’s.

We worked with Rocha Electric last summer! They did wonderful work for us! We have since recommended their services to anyone who needs an electrician. Alberto and his technicians are courteous, professional and go above and beyond!
They ran all the electrical for our hot tub and for my brother-in-law’s hot tub.
Robert, the tech, was available the day of the hot tub delivery. He arrived prior to installation and remained onsite to ensure that everything was in working order. Becky, the Vice President, sent over detailed paperwork and the contract and was detailed and clearly explained to us throughout our process.

I have had the pleasure of using Rocha Electric for many projects around our home, including outdoor spotlight install, indoor switch replacement, and installing an outdoor solution to power our pool filter. I have had contact with Bob, Alberto and Becky, and cannot recommend this company enough for their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Al has gone above and beyond to help me with a couple of “silly” projects: configuring a garage door opener similar to the Shakespeare bust from the 1966 Batman TV show and turning an old computer of mine into a lamp! You’re in good hands when you hire Rocha Electric for your electrical projects!

While doing some electrical work in my aunt's building, I came across unexpected work that was beyond my capabilities. Rocha Electric came out on the same day that I called. Had a great experience with D&J! Dan and his team were easy to work with, courteous and on time! Techs were polite and knowledgeable. I've had his team back twice for different projects and I would certainly recommend!

I had moved to a home in Flossmoor that needed quite a bit of electrical work. I've worked with SAFE electrical for about 3 years for various jobs around the house. Charles is always very responsive, professional and polite. The electricians he sent to do the work were excellent and always pointed out other issues if they saw any - not in a sales sort of way but in an FYI way. Excellent service no matter the size of the job! Highly recommend.

We were looking for help upgrading the electrical service to our home and garage. Luckily we found SAFE Electrical. Charles and his knowledgeable team of professionals were quick, courteous and reliable. When they said they would be on site at a certain time they were. SAFE Electrical is the absolute best! Every interaction with them (office and electricians) was fantastic. I live in a home that was built in the 50s with some questionable wiring. The team that came out to move a switch and install a couple of outlets went above and beyond. They were thoughtful, professional, and did an excellent job. They resolved some problems that I hadn't even asked them to - which was greatly appreciated and they didn't try to charge me more money for the work. I will use them for ALL my electrical work moving forward.

My parents home lost total power while a contractor was using an exterior outlet. They smelled burnt odors and where unable to fip the breaker. FANTASTIC!! Friendly, polite & professional. If you need electrical service, these are the people to call. They updated our 2nd box so we could put a hot tub in the backyard. In addition cleaned up all the wiring into BOTH boxes so that everything works perfect & no more tripping fuses. We’ve had remodel work done over the years & never realized that added electrical components in kitchen , etc were done “just okay”. Safe Electrical came in & cleaned up all other the electrician’s mediocre work! Thank you!!!

Had Safe Electrical come out to do a 200amp panel upgrade & multiple EV charging runs to my garage with charging station installations. They handled all the permitting, the installation looks great and passed village inspection with flying colors. The price was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend Charles and his crew for any of your future projects or electrical needs.

Great experience! My call was answered the very first time I dialed, my need was well understood, and an appointment was scheduled right away. Charles came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and in no time, he and his colleague came out and installed my basement outlets (I needed a both a 220 and a standard 120 outlet). We called Charles and his crew to help us rewire our upstairs (which had many non functioning outlets, many non grounded outlets, many two prong only outlets, etc.). Not only did he 1. Quote us an insanely good price and 2. Do the work ridiculously quickly (they were done with everything in 6 hours), when we called them back for some malfunctions that had occurred to the previous work, they came back out at no charge to help us get it fixed again, even when some of those fixes ended up being bigger issues than they realized during the first job. Amazing service, super friendly, great at rescheduling as needed, 10 out of 10 will always recommend these guys.

Charles came out within an hour of calling on a federal holiday !!? Free assessment. Gave us a break down of our payment and options without “selling us”. Immediately fixed it within the hour.

It was a great experience. My only negative was the initial fix for something that seemed relatively fast to fix did cost $300 ish. But we have an old house and we kinda assumed it wasn’t going to be cheap. Although I wasn’t excited about the “quick fix” option cost, it doesn’t take away from the fact that we will be using SAFE going forward. I felt like SAFE really cared about our house and doing things CORRECTLY.

Our inspector and second opinion electrician clearly missed the rats nest of the wiring and unfortunately were stuck with the cost of cleaning it up. But I’m comfortable enough to trust SAFE to look out for us in the future.

I had a great experience with SAFE Electrical Service. They always showed up on time, they put all of the estimates on paper, the did a great job with clean up, etc. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they were very upfront with all costs of the job.

Everything in my house is working as planned and I will definitely be using them in the future! Highly recommend!

My wife and I didn't have any light fixtures in our living room with the exception of table lamps. So we wanted to add more lighting to our living room. Mitch and his team from safe electrical came out to take care our needs. They took out time to make sure the placement of the lights were to our liking, and they shared their expertise to help me make a good decision.
