We had a small electrical problem that needed to be addressed. We received a quick call back to schedule our appointment, the team was on time, and they did great work. This was the second time we’ve used them and we will be recommending them to friends and family going forward. Great company and more importantly, great people!

We have been customers’ of Safe Electrical for several years at any time we required any type of electrical service. Mitch is one of the seasoned electricians that has repaired, upgraded or added to our homes electrical needs. Charles has inspected an exterior safety light we thought was unrepairable and got it working again! Noelle, in the office, is absolutely the best communicator. You are always reminded of appointments and she is efficiently friendly in delivery! We recently had our entire electrical panel replaced and updated. We are so fortunate that Charles investigated that the dated 1963 panel needed to be replaced. The 5 member Team that arrived promptly on the appointed day were fantastic hard workers. I was pleasantly impressed as how well the Team worked together. They really got along very well; each knew what to do; and what was expected of their responsibilities. Their conversations during the course of the days work continued to be upbeat with no adverse negativity. Safe has a fantastic group of dedicated electricians. Safe is the Perfect description of their Company. I wholeheartedly endorse Safe and will continue to seek their electrical assistance with our electrical needs. Recently, our family hired Safe Electric Service to rewire our home. I was totally blown away with the level of professionalism and dedication shown by everyone that works for the company. From the receptionist, to every man in the work crew to the owner. Just like the company’s bio states, the men left our home clean and in perfect order. They were on time each day that they came and often asked if we had any questions about what they were doing. What stood out most to us was the level of kindness they showed each day. And, we are totally pleased with the job! I can’t promise or guarantee that every job will be the same but I do know that this company was probably the best I’ve ever worked with. We had Safe Electrical Service out to do some upgrades recently. We were very pleased with the service we received. We wanted several things done but were unsure about which to do first. Charles broke down the work into three proposals which made it easier for us to decide, based on our budget and needs. He also helped identify some safety issues with the current wiring and load panel, which we had him correct. His crew are all very professional and highly skilled. They did an amazing job installing recessed LED ceiling lights as well as extra outlets, dimmers, the circuit breaker panel, and even helped troubleshoot an issue we had with our rec room wiring. We were hit by a pretty bad storm late at night this summer. The downed tree branches took out all of our external electrical, downed wires, it was a mess. We were without power for 2 days. Safe Electrical came out the same day I called and assessed the damage for no charge and wrote a competitive estimate. Unfortunately, given the timing of events, they couldn't make it out for repairs until the next afternoon. I was really worried about losing everything in my freezer. Charles offered to let me use one of his generators overnight to keep things from spoiling, ultimately saving me hundreds in grocery costs. The guys that came out the next day were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a long job, but they powered through. I would recommend Safe Electrical 100% and plan to use them for all of my electrical needs.

If you need any electrical work done call SAFE Electrical, they replaced the wiring in my home. They were reasonably priced, completed the work on time, explained the work that they were doing, and were extremely courteous. If we could give them a higher score we would. We are going to have more electrical work done and we are definitely calling SAFE Electrical.

I worked with Safe Electrical on multiple wiring requirements for a new basement bathroom. The owners, Charles and Noelle were amazing in all aspects of the project. The pricing was fair, all scope items were professionally installed and their flexibility with the moving schedule was Class A. I highly recommend contacting Charles and Noelle: terrific people to work with on any electrical needs.

Safe Electric Service "SES" recently added seven outdoor up- lights to enhance our front yard and installed a security camera with flood lights. The crew's work was outstanding - all interior piping was a work of art with minimum bends and interference with any existing structures. I was presented with a schematic drawing of the under ground wiring which was a nice feature that hopefully prevents me from cutting the wiring when performing necessary yard work.
This project was one of many that "SES" performed for me over the years in their usual outstanding, professional, courtesy way of doing business. It has been a joy working with all "SES"'s crew members and I look forward to working with them in the future whenever I have a need for electrical services.

We contacted Safe Electrical for the upgrade needed for our solar panels installation this summer. Charles and his team were knowledgable, courteous and diligent. Our house is over 100 years old and has had some remolding, but it was only a little challenging for Charles to design the best layout for our needs.
Charles and his team returned to tweak our new system as required by subsequent city and ComEd inspections.

I made an appointment for 11AM but the technician Ervin didn’t get here until after 3PM. Before that At 12 I called him to see how long will it take him and He kept lying telling me he’s 5-10 minutes away. How does 5-10 minutes away turn into 4 hours later? That right there should have been the dealbreaker for me. when Ervin finally got here, he tried to charge me $750 just to simply switch out two electrical outlets. Im not joking. The work will only take him less than a half to do so do you justify charging me $750? When he finally realized I wasn’t going to fall for his scam, he called whoever and he lowered the price but it still was too high. Im not even sure he’s licensed let alone bonded from his answers to my questions. Then he left and went to the Home Depot to get the materials, which took him another two hours! I was done. When he finally got back I was about ready to call the police. I strongly do not recommend doing business with them. This company doesn’t value your time and is very disrespectful to customers.

I needed my doorbell replaced. Mo is prompt with communication and provides quick service & good pricing. Definitely recommend!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

Sims and sons and their team is a fully comprehensive electrical full service company who came to my home with a plethora of different issues. They quoted us immediately completed work in a super professional manner. The Darrell Sims managed and handled the project. we got an EV charger installed, a quarter section of our house rewired ,would recommend to all ! do yourself a favor and call this electrical company !
