Electrical reviews in Chicago, Illinois

It really pays to "have a guy" that you can absolutely trust and depend on for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. iConduit Electric has just become "our guy" for all our future electrical work.

Their scheduling and appointment reminders were fantastic.

The product and design recommendations were spot on as well. The suggested a perfect solution for our needs. The price quoted was very reasonable.

The electrician showed up on time both times and worked quickly and efficiently. He was easy to work with and discuss the job with.

When something needed adjusting after the initial work, they came back within a day or two and fixed it, no questions asked and no extra charge.

Nick is awesome, I highly recommend iConduit! I’ve been systematically replacing the lights in my house and he was able to do several light fixtures in my living room/ dining room quickly! I’m calling them for all my light fixture replacements!

Nick arrived at exactly the time scheduled, and changed out three light fixtures and a thermostat. He is a very friendly and nice man, and his work is neat and tidy! I highly recommend iConduit Electric and I will be using Nick for all future electrical work!

5 star service as always! Nick is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He has replaced many fixtures in our house, as well as wired/lighted a bathroom we completely renovated. All work was exceptional! Would recommend him to everyone in the area

Nick and his team (Dennis and Phil) did an amazing job installing my Tesla wall connector! The were friendly, prompt, punctual and professional. They did everything faster than expected! Satisfied with their service and would definitely use them for all future electrical work!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Nick. He promptly repaired the pull chain fixture in our master bedroom closet and installed a new one. He provided a clear explanation of the process, and the work was completed efficiently at a reasonable cost. I will certainly use iConduit Electric for future electrical needs.

Nick was fantastic! He spent a good amount of time explaining details of the project. He experience comes through giving me the confidence the job will be done right. I got estimates from a few other electricians but iConduit had the most competitive prices.
iConduit was also able to accommodate an earlier schedule than originally planned upon my request.
The job was done perfectly. Again, Nick spent time providing a detailed explanation of the work they completed, etc. Highly recommend them!

Nick from iConduit Electric did an excellent job installing our recessed lighting and adding a new outlet. He’s extremely knowledgeable about lighting and provided a thoughtful layout without overselling anything. His experience made the whole process simple and stress‑free. Pricing was fair, and his team was professional, meticulous, and left the space spotless. Highly recommend iConduit Electric for any electrical or lighting work.

I was getting quotes for an EV charger installation, and Nick with IConduit was the only person to respond back to me with professional communication and advice on the project instead of just sending me a number. The project was done quickly and professionally! It couldn't have been easier to work with this company.

I want to give a shout-out to I Conduit in Northbrook. While I haven’t personally used their services yet, I’ve had the chance to interact with them professionally. Nick and his team are true professionals — organized, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician in Northbrook or anywhere on the North Shore, iConduit Electric is a solid call.

Can't recommend these guys enough, they worked for 12 hours straight to replace my electrical panel and upgrade my service to 200 amps, they also replaced about 18 outlets in the house afterwards. They did a great job and I don't think anyone else could do that work faster or cheaper than they did. I had a lot of questions and they always took the time to explain everything to me. I plan on having some more electrical work done in the future and I plan on calling Lighthouse to do it.

I needed to get a lot of electrical done around the house and these were definitely the right guys to call for this. I thought the inspections would take quite a bit but they managed to get through it so quickly and precisely. Compared to other companies i’ve worked this one was one that i will definitely be hiring for all of my future projects. Mariusz and Vlad did an amazing job.

Lighthouse Restoration did a very complex project for us. Everything was done within the promised timeframe, superb quality, no issues with inspection. Vlad was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had electricians trying to wire smart switches for my addition. They couldn’t make it work the way I wanted it. After 2 weeks of frustration my neighbor recommended Lighthouse. In 2 hours, Vlad and Mariuz fixed all the issues I had and explained what was done wrong and why. True professionals. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They kept everything very organized, and were super easy to work with. Every room they worked in, they left cleaner than they found it. At the end of each day they walked you through everything they had worked on, and explained where their progress was. They came in under the original quote due to the progress of the project going quicker than anticipated. Will be hiring again when I replace the rest of the wiring in our house. Would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any kind of electrical work. I hired them twice and both times they exceeded our expectations. The project was performed up to code and without delays.
These guys are extremely professional, courteous, they move very quickly and the work they perform is exemplary. I would definitely recommend Lighthouse Restoration Group to anyone. They are a please to work with!

I hired Lighthouse to install can lights. I chose Lighthouse over another well-reviewed electrical company whose proposal specified wafer LED lights. Disappointingly, even though I asked Vlad and Mariusz for "can lights," we talked about "can lights" when they came to see the project, and "can lights" was specified in the quote, I found out two nights before the start date that they were planning to use the same can-less wafer LED lights that the other company was going to install for less. / The next day, to avoid any other "miscommunication," Marius and Vlad wanted to confirm that I wanted to do the work without a permit. (They hadn't made any mention of me needing a permit prior to that.) They said a permit would cost more than they'd quoted me and take time to get. -- I replied that I didn't have a choice at that point: I'd already lined up contractors for other projects, including someone to repair the drywall/paint after the lights were installed. -- Fifteen minutes later (at 4:39pm before they were supposed to start the next day), Vlad texted to cancel on the project because of a "family emergency," putting me in a difficult position since all of the projects' timing was based on completion of the electrical work.

I'm not sure where you guys found Vlad....but that guy is frigging AMAZING! He was prompt, respectful, answered all of my questions etc. Great employee!

Needed my whole house rewired due to old wires that were loosing insulation and popping breakers . I was expecting this to be a huge project but the team at lighthouse restoration group quickly and efficiently found a way to make it happen. I never thought I d be able to do this project based on what other companies said and quoted. Would definitely recommend Vlad and Mariusz and will be using them for all my future projects. Thank you Lighthouse Restoration Group Inc.

Wonderful people to do business with very fair honest trustworthy very friendly would definitely recommend

Vlad and Mariuz were very knowledgeable, helpful, and came up with a great plan to help us out with electrical wiring in our garage, which was short-circuiting every time it rained. They identified the problem and solved it and left everything better than when it started. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed. They did what they said they would do and more. We now feel we have a solid solution that will last.
