Electrical reviews in Chicago, Illinois

had a great experience with lighthouse as they installed a exterior low-voltage wire at my condo. extremely communicative and responsive.

GREAT company to chose for your needs. I found them for my parents and they were on top of it ALL. I had quality customer service when I had to communicate with them, which you don't always get lol. The work ethic and professionalism were my favorite aspects my experience. Whenever I checked everyone was on the job and things seemed well oiled. The main guy, Vlad, was very patient and gifted at helping me understand things that I know nothing about lol (sorry for making you break everything down so thoroughly 😩😂). We are grateful for their help in getting our house ready to put on the market. Highly recommend Lighthouse Restoration if you're looking for a company to turn these stressful jobs into easy ones with superb results.

Thank you guys, again, so much! We'll be in touch if we find anything else, or if we relocate in the area. You guy were, truly, great.

They are excellent electricians they replaced a bathroom fan for me. They were on time very professional! Provided step by step information about the task of the job. And the job was neat not messy and the price was reasonable. Strongly recommend them for your electrical work.

Very professional, kind, quick to respond, and did a fantastic job fixing what two other electricians could not. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vlad and Mariuz for a complete electrical rewiring project in my garage, and I must say, they did an amazing job! From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to their craft were evident.

Vlad and Mariuz offered a fair price for the high-quality work they deliver. They took the time to understand my needs and provided expert advice on the best approach for the project. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results were truly impressive.

One aspect that stood out to me was Vlad's punctuality. He consistently arrived on time as scheduled, which is a testament to his reliability and respect for my time. Additionally, his communication throughout the project was excellent. He kept me well-informed every step of the way, ensuring that I was aware of the progress and any necessary adjustments.

The level of craftsmanship displayed by Vlad and Mariuz was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that the electrical wiring was done to the highest standards, and they didn't cut any corners. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was being done right.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work done by Vlad and Mariuz. They provided excellent service, fair pricing, and exceptional communication. I highly recommend their services for any electrical needs. They exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful to have had such a positive experience working with them.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Vlad. We had major issues with wiring in a multi-unit rehab, outlets were switches breakers and light switches didn’t correlate with correct lights. They did a major overhaul for us at a reasonable price. Very responsive and professional work. Everything works too notch now. A+. We’ll definitely hire again. Thanks!

Genuinely could not recommend them more… they were honest and straight forward with the work that had to be done and did excellent work. They were thorough and made sure to leave the place as they found it at the end of the day. Really kind guys and I will go back to them without hesitation for future work.

Vlad & Mariusz provided top notch, truly expert, extremely responsive service at a reasonable price. Outstanding overall experience. They are now on my very small list of contractors I wholeheartedly recommend to friends, neighbors, and colleagues.

These guys are awesome! After 2 minutes of talking to them it was apparent they know their stuff. Not only by the book and up to code (which should be a given) but also with years of practical experience.

Lighthouse restoration group did an excellent job. They came when they said they would. Their prices were excellent. And I feel like they went above and beyond what they needed to which is excellent customer service. If I need more electrical work done I would definitely use them and recommend them to my friends and family. Very satisfied customer.

Glad I hired them - the guys were very thorough and didn't cut corners. They
were pleasant to work with and I felt comfortable having them in our home. Would hire them again without any hesitation.

Great experience with Lighthouse Restoration . Vlad solved my troubleshooting issue quick and they did also LED bar lamp module for us, definitely would call them back. Clean, quality job and $ reasonable

I appreciated the honest feedback that Mariusz and Vlad provided when giving me the estimate. They raised concern about the state of my breaker box, the exterior meter, and other electrical matters. They reported that they were unwilling to complete my primary goal of running an electrical line to my garage without addressing them first. The work that Lighthouse Restoration did was fabulous. They spent 4 days completing one project after another until the work was done. The overall scope was quite large. They began by digging a trench 150 feet from the house to the garage, including through massive tree roots, under a retaining wall and then under a deck. They also fixed issues with the main electrical line running to my house. They installed a new breaker box in my garage. They replaced the external meter. Replaced and rewired the house breaker box to be up to code. Labeled the breakers. This is just the broad overview of what Mariusz and Vlad accomplished. The entire time they were professional in their communications with me. They were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. A week after my major electrical upgades were done they returned to install my EV charger. That charger works fabulously and my entire house is safer mow thanks to Lighthouse Restoration. Bottom line. I am extremely pleased with my choice to hire Lighthouse Restoration.

This review is long overdue. I can't say enough good things about Vlad and Mariuz. They have done a panel replacement / service connection update, house rewire, installed new light fixtures, and more for our 1950s era house. They take great pride in what they do and work hard until the job is done. Each estimate they've given us has been fair and very detailed. They do an exceptional job to leave their work space clean. There's not many contractors out there one can truly count on, but Lighthouse Restoration Group is one of them.

Great experience, very professional. Mariusz and Vlad rewired our entire house and installed recessed lighting in our living room. My wife and I couldn't be happier. If we ever have future electrical needs we won't hesitate to call Lighthouse Restoration.

Mariusz and his crew did a great job. I had them install a new ceiling fan and track lightening. Punctual, professional and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Recently, we encountered an electrical issue and Vlad provided us with a solution and analysis on how to solve it. The level of integrity, offered is beyond compare. You do not need to go any further in finding electricians with a commitment to providing honest and outstanding service. If you encounter any electrical issues, it's important to reach out to the Lighthouse Restoration group before anyone else.

I highly recommend this outfit. They’re super responsive and have excellent communication with the client. They are creative problem solvers and I like that I am dealing with their top guys. They took the time to explain the job and thoroughly review each option with me. Their pricing is very competitive. They showed up on time, the job went as planned and the price came in right on the estimate, no surprises. Their work was excellent and the cleanup was thorough. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and we would 100% work with them again.

Service was thorough and professional. They updated all of the switches, lights, and outlets in our condo in an older building.

The bottom line is that lighthouse gives you a quote for work and then they do the job as promised in the time frame that was quoted for the price they quoted! They clean up after themselves and are polite while they are in your home. Who doesn’t what that kind of service. We have hired them for another job. Great service!

We had Vlad out to give a second opinion on a faint burning smell which we believed to be coming from our kids bedroom. The initial company we had out was very dismissive and were in and out of our home in less than 10 minutes and stated no issues. Vlad was the complete opposite. Very thorough and was able to pinpoint the source of smell coming from an outlet (in our kids bedroom) that had melted wiring which when he showed us appeared to be on fire at some point. Vlad fixed the issue on the spot and even gave us some suggestions on lighting we want installed in the near future. Super fast, friendly and efficient. Thanks a million to Vlad and Lighthouse for giving us peace of mind in our home. 5 STARS 👏
