Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Great service. Prices are good too, I thought. And I like to support a local place.

For a small place, they have a lot of inventory. I've had several usual items I needed and if they didn't have them, they ordered them for less than I could find on the Internet! One of the guys there took the time to explain to my electrician a better and more economical solution to a small service project. I'm grateful to have salespeople like this in the community. Don't go to a home center for your electrical products, come here first!

Went there today. A young guy open the door. I told him what I need and he told me to wait. I wait like 10 15 minutes and go inside and ask him if he has what I need. He said no. Well you got your review. Maybe next time you will be acting better to your customers and I can edit my review.

I had the worse customer service ever. The owner told me that he could do business with us instead of providing options of payment, after passing the payment point he was so indifferent and careless. I experience the way he talked to his employee and was so bad, right away I figured it out that his customer service skills sucked. Has a lot of inventory but definelty not friendly to do business with.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Pure Electric Supply. The staff was unhelpful and came across as rude, with little regard for customer service. Prices are noticeably higher than competitors for the same products, which adds to the frustration. What really stood out was the poor attitude and lack of professionalism—definitely not a company that values long-term customer relationships or good business ethics. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in the trade or DIY community.

Don’t listen to the last review couldn’t be more inaccurate. Everyone there has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and competent.

This is my go-to shop in the area as they always have what I need, are pleasant to do business with, and even have caught some of my own blind spots.

Like anything, you get what you give. I have never had a bad experience with these guys and have been using them for 3 years

Hunter came for some exterior repair, and they were prompt and communicative. Recommended without hesitation.

Hunter Electrical came to my house today at my request to install a separate breaker for my treadmill.After doing proper inspections,discussing with me the problems,he came up with a suggestion that worked even better and cost saving. Highly recommended.

Greg and his collegue were awesome. They went above and beyond our expectations. They listened to our needs and helped prioritize our needs. The finished job exceeded what we expected. Havimg called other companies in the past I was really leery, but they don't charge for the initial trip to give a quote. I would call Hunter Electrical again in a heartbeat.

These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Their techs managed to mount some outdoor ceiling fans, repaired an indoor fan, and fixed a faulty outlet in my bedroom. That was an outstanding job and will not hesitate to recommend them!

I recently encountered a scary electrical problem in my kitchen. I called Hunter Electrical and their quick response was amazing. A technician was at my home within hours, assessed the situation and worked on it immediately. He did a great job handing the problem and I was very impressed by his competence. I highly recommend him and his company.

They were prompt, friendly, and best of all did an excellent job. They also kept me informed as to what they were doing along the way which most helpful when you are planning your day! That was a great experience. They are super professional and quick to arrive. They left the working area very clean and neat. They also kept us up-to-date with what needed to be done. We are very impressed and satisfied. Will definitely use them again.

Very bad electrician. I wanted a google nest to be installed and the electrician not only canceled the first appointment, but took a picture of my thermostat, went outside to "talk to his boss" and quoted me $500 to install a Google Nest that ended up not compatible with my apartment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
