Sir Grout did an outstanding job on our 50+ year old black slate. The picture speaks for itself. Tim and his crew completely transformed it back to looking amazing. Ann was very helpful in quoting the project and scheduling. I will definitely use them again for other work.

Jasmin was right on time, explained everything he was going to do, and worked very hard - my shower and bathroom looks like new - he took a lot of pride in the results and I would highly recommend him!! Sir Grout was great to work with! I purchased a home that had some damage in the master bath last year - grout was missing, flaking off, didn't match the marble around it. Sealant was failing and the marble had some cracks.

Tim came out last year to work on the issue and did an excellent job. He regrouted, color sealed, buffed the marble, and filled the cracks. Things were sparkling in that bathroom.

10 months later, some of the caulk that was done started to fail. Tim came back out, free of charge through their warranty program, and fixed it for me within a week of calling in. It was totally hassle-free and turned something I thought was going to be difficult into a breeze.

While I was a bit more sold on trying Sir Grout, my wife was way more skeptical. However I was able to convince her to give it a try. Our 22-year old kitchen tile was clearly in need of a "refresh" and our experience with Sir Grout exceeded our expectations. The team was on-time, very professional, and very friendly. To say that we are satisfied is an understatement. Well done.

Jonathan did a nice job fixing the corners of my shower where the old grout was crumbling and falling out. He also cleaned and colorsealed all the grout lines leading to a much improved, crisper, cleaner look overall. He did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up after the work was finished.

Zuka made our cracked terrazzo shower pan look almost new. He was very honest about the fact that we will probably need to redo it every 2-3uears, but the cost was so reasonable compared to what it would cost to redo the whole shower. He told us what products to use and how to care for it to prolong the repair. Ge came on time and did the work efficiently. He answered all my questions ahead of time and was very clear and accommodating. I know my job was a small one but he said he would do it. Many others would not.

I had a white kitchen tile floor that needed some love after 20 years of use. The grout was in bad shape and after the tiles were cleaned, the grout was redone and the floors now look brand new. I was very impressed with the service and results.

Needed grout repair and cleaning in my master bathroom. Contacted Sri Grout, and they were invaluable. The gentleman who came was very polite and walked me through what he would do before he began, then called me several times to show me progress and the grout colors as he repaired. They spent 5 hours in a medium-sized bathroom and left our bathroom spotless. Great work —our bathroom looks fantastic.
