On the expensive side and requires a 50% down payment (non refundable I believe) on parts, parts that take at least a week to deliver. Though fixing electronics is cheaper than re-buying. So if they fix my stuff without any other surprises, new hidden expenses, or further delay then I will definitely raise my rating and opinion on them.

Have been using ONCALLERS for the past 3 months and I am pretty happy with the work.

Imelda has been on time ( huge thing for me) , trustworthy and done a solid job so far. My place is actually relatively clean but just cluttered since I have a kid. Imelda has done a solid job and has been respectful of my home.

Alejandra has been a solid coordinator/manager as she sends me reminders about the scheduling and also if any changes needed.

I have never had a more pleasant experience inviting a repairperson into my home. We've been having trouble getting a kitchen faucet installed for some time now and ONCALLERS solved our problem effortlessly. We're going to be using them for everything now. Thank you so much!

Oncallers home services was awesome and reliable! I had a couple of cracks in my drywall I needed fixed ASAP! They came in the next day and gave me a free estimate! The prices are very reasonable and the job was completed the day after the estimate was provided. Everything was done in a timely manner and the handyman assigned did a great job hands down.

The TV was taking away so much space so i contacted Oncallers to mount my 60'' TV on the wall . The tech showed up on time and did a great job . He made sure on position it right and hide all the cables .

Our handyman was great . We needed the drywall replaced and carped removed and they had the job done in no time . Price was competitive. Have recommended them to others who were also pleased.

They did a cement job at my neighbors house and dumped the concrete on my yard. They never came and cleaned it up and my neighbors kept telling me that they were going to come back and clean it up. It destroyed my plants, it was 2 in thick and I ended up with digging up the concrete! No respect for my property

Our front porch is wood, with about 14 stairs. Nearly all of our spindles were rotted out and broken. The banisters and quite a bit of our stairs and deck were in horrible condition. We called DSM, RE: referral and very satisfied with the results. Everything was replaced that needed to be, the remainder of what was fine structurally was sanded and repainted. It looks great and knowing that it's stable and fixed properly is a huge relief!! Thank you Dan!!

Dan was reliable and addressed the leakage problem in a logical and practical manner manner. Explained how the foundation construction usually prevents many wall leakage issues, but not all. Offered suggestions on locating other potential future problems.

Dan has been incredibly helpful with a range of pesky electrical and other problems--a video doorbell, installing new lighting, new power for an electrical car, a leaky furnace in an amazingly inconvenient place. He's always pleasant, prompt and reasonably priced.

As an electrician Dan rewirred my kitchen, installed lighting, installed several outlets in other parts of the house, installed a new supply service outside and corrected some old wiring faults. Everything works well and the lighting is great!
As a general contractor he observed a structural fault I had missed and we ended up installing replacement support posts down the center of the building. The work was necessary and fantastically dirty, but was carried out on time and on budget.
Dan’s skill set and work ethic would make him a valuable member of a team doing a complex project. He does grumble a bit, but it’s worth it.

DSM Contractors installed a large-size electronic stair system to allow us access to our finished attic area. They also performed a conversion of two bedrooms into a single suite-style bedroom. And they installed for us a new kitchen sink. All work was performed at a high level of quality. They explained the progress throughout the build process and brought a pleasant demeanor to the work site. I would recommend DSM Contractors and will request their services for a next home project.

Andres, Jose, and his team did an incredible job in some renovations I needed throughout my 3-flat home. We did a 203K loan which made the process a bit more complicated than a standard renovation but they were knowledgeable about the process and had no hesitation working with the loan. Not many contractors are willing to! Everything turned out great and as expected. The project took longer than expected to complete but that’s expected with any construction projects. I would recommend using them in the future

I had a great experience with this general contractor. They were professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. The project was completed on time, and the quality of work was outstanding.
