Derrick, did a plumbing job in my master bedroom bathroom and not only was the job done very professionally, he explained every detail of what he was doing, how long it would take and how much the job would be. I will be using their services again, in the very near future.

Keenahm remodeled our bathroom, replacing EVERYTHING! The work turned out fantastic and the crew was a pleasure to have working in our home. They were professional and courteous and accommodated every request we had. We will definitely use them for our next project and we highly recommend them!

Derrick is the BEST! He is so professional and knows his stuff! He facilitated a 6 ft. vinyl fence installation due to a problematic neighbor! He handled the job with skill and diplomacy! Not to mention the fence turned out great. He has worked on other projects from a beautiful Barn door installation to complex entertainment wiring. He is the ONE to use for all of your construction needs. He is so awesome!

Our initial experience with Derrick was VERY positive. When coming to assess our project, he was kind and professional. His following quote was also much more detailed than any other contractors we had contacted, which is exactly why we hired him for the job.

Our project did change to a degree as we quickly realized certain elements of what we wanted would not be able to happen prior to our deadline, and Derrick remained flexible.

Once the actual work began, we felt there was little communication of expectations day-to-day. I chose to open up the unit and stay while any work was happening mostly so I could address any materials needed or issues that came up immediately. While there were no true delays according to the contracted end-date, there were several days where Derrick didn't communicate until the end of the prior day that he wouldn't be there the next day due to prior obligations.

While we have no problem with him needing to take days away from our project, we wish he would have communicated those expectations upfront so we could have planned around it ourselves, given I had to travel each day to open the unit.

Once he ended his work, we felt the job was incomplete. To paint our unit, Derrick had removed all our outlet covers, but never replaced them. Several materials like empty paint cans and other miscellaneous trash was left. He also used our bathroom sink to clean paint brushes and rollers each day. However he left the sink clogged with paint and our sink (and other parts of the bathroom) are now stained with paint. I understand none of this isn't fixable and we've already address some of the clean-up, however these should have been addressed by the contractor.

Keenahm construction has really transformed
our loft condo. We're doing our construction in phases, and they've worked with us twice so far, and we will definitely be calling them back for the third phase.

Derrick is extremely skilled and very knowledgeable about anything to do with home improvement, whether it's carpentry work, drywall, electrical, stone work, kitchen, bathroom - you name it. He's also very creative and really enjoys doing custom work. We have an unusual loft condo where nothing is standard, and he has had a solution for every problem. It's been a pleasure having Derrick and his team do their work here, and we can't wait to show off our latest renovations to our friends. I highly recommend them!

Keenahm Construction remodeled my upstairs bathroom and I absolutely LOVE IT! Mr. Span took the time to listen to how I wanted my bathroom to look and to guide me through what would look good, and gave me options for cost effectiveness as well, because I have never been through a renovation and didn't necessarily know what I wanted. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his craft. I can not wait to have him come back and remodel the rest of my home!

Antoine Services are a great company to work with! A few weeks ago. I had several projects completed in my unit. Prior to the work, Antoine came out, looked at the repairs and gave a comprehensive consultation prior to beginning the work. Throughout the process, he was in constant communication with me in terms of job completion. Once the repairs were done, we did a final walk through where he made a few adjustments based upon my satisfaction. Now, the unit looks brand new. Moreover, I was 110% satisfied with the professional services rendered as I will totally use him in the near future if needed. 👍🏾👍🏾

I contacted Antoine Services to get an estimate on a kitchen remodel. He responded promptly, came to my home, made some excellent suggestions and gave me a reasonable estimate to complete the work. He promised the work would be completed within two weeks, and it was.
I had new countertops, sink and fixtures installed, and deep cleaning of the kitchen cabinets and backsplash (made to look like new). I also had the floor deep cleaned and re-grouted, as well as a new lighting/fan fixture installed.. The kitchen is beautiful. I LOVE IT!

I highly recommend Antoine Services for several reasons; he and his staff are very professional and personable individuals, he always arrived when he said he would and was on time, and he has such a great eye for what would work well in the space he's working in. I will definitely call him again the next time I need any work done in my home.

Alfonso and his team were excellent to work with. They completed drywall work and painting for our unique unit. He was responsive and his teams were hard working. We had a small scheduling mishap and Alfonso was able to quickly remedy the situation and get us back on track.

Outstanding work. They did all of the framing, doors, drywall and finish work on our commercial project. An Americas Best here in Chicago. Carpenters went exactly per blueprints and needed little to no supervision. The owner Alfonso is responsive and overall his company is great to work with.
