Mbm recently did roof repairs to my home. I must say, I was extremely pleased with the quality and efficiency of their work. Repairs were completed in 1 day and their prices are fair. I'll definitely be using them for future repairs.

Wow O.M.G These guys were absolutely wonderful amazing they got my AC up and running in no time they knew exactly what the problem was I have three other companies come out and no one could figure it out but they get the job done on time very professional now when you see them they do not have on uniform they look like regular guys but Looks can be deceiving I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for repairs on their AC unit they also do heating plumbing and electrical. They are also on the better business bureau and they are approved and get an A+

George quoted repairs in my laundry room from water damage. To accommodate our schedules, he came out on a Sunday morning to quote. He is very knowledgeable, gave great suggestions for the remodeling and provided a quote promptly. He uses the same detailed estimating software that insurance adjusters use. This helps immensely when you are haggling with the insurance company over the true cost of the project. He has the detail on the quote down to the penny. He is professional and highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with George and his team (GZ Developments) on a garage and bathroom remodel, and I'm thrilled with the results. Their exceptional professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and timely delivery truly set them apart. We found GZ Developments through online reviews and could not be happier with our experience. George was clear and timely in his communications with us, his bid was competitive, and the quality of finished work was excellent. George knew that we were on a limited budget and worked with us to figure out cost-effective solutions. At the same time, he didn't cut any corners and made sure that the work we had agreed to was done right. Unlike past experiences we've had with contractors, George and everyone he brought into our home were considerate and respectful of our space. He and his team remodeled a closet, installed new garage doors, did tuckpointing/masonry work, painted the exterior of our home and garage, demolished and built a deck/porch, and installed new fireplace tiles. We're thrilled with the finished work on our historic home, which exceeded expectations, and grateful for how positive all of our exchanges were with George and his entire team.

We had to have our primary shower completed retiled. George was recommended to us by a friend and he was great to work with. Came out to give a quote very quickly, and the quote was very detailed and informational. Once we decided to move forward, George was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure we were happy with all the materials and designs going into the shower. Once the work started, George & team were very respectful of our space and took the right amount of time to make sure the job was done right. We're very happy with the shower!

Best part of their service is their honesty, due diligence and quality of work. We purchased a condo for my parents but the bathrooms were very outdated. They remodeled both my bathrooms all within the schedule as planned, while also complying and working with the rules of the HOA. I also had plumbing done as well as installed brand new low water shut offs everywhere there was plumbing. Prices were more than fair, and the General Contractor always kept communication open. I had no issues, he provided many options with clear breakdown of costs while also maintaining the quality of the material to what my family and I wanted.

Buyer beware! I wouldn't recommend doing business with GZ Developments. After my recent remodel, l experienced first hand the lack of professionalism, determination to cut corners on materials, ignore details and install things incorrectly. Several items were installed incorrectly which forced me to hire my own professionals to fix their mistakes. Examples; range hood was installed using different sized pipes, dishwasher wasn’t secured correctly, the toilet and cabinets were also installed incorrectly. One cabinet is actually installed backwards leaving an opening in the back behind the dishwasher.

This project ended up costing almost double what was originally quoted. When asked to share project expenses, the response was "our software can't do that". The lack of transparency, knowledge and attention to detail have ended up costing me more even after the project was completed.

GZ Developments is unlike any other contractor my lady and I have ever work with. They took their time to understand our lifestyle and our priorities. Guided us to help make the best decisions for ourselves throughout the renovation of our high rise Lakeview condo. Never once did I feel as if my project and my needs were not prioritized. When I called, George always answered. No matter how many questions I had for him he never allowed us to feel as if we were out of line. His approach on site began with direct oversight which lasted consecutively until the completion of the our renovation. He managed the material/equipment logistics within our building, cooperating with the HOA’s building management, and inspected his team’s work daily. Kept their overall environment clean and organized. They came up with a plan and worked their plan to a successful finish. No more nasty popcorn ceilings and water damaged flooring for us. I got to come home one day to a completely transformed space of new paint colors, kitchen, bathrooms, ceilings, and flooring. Lastly, I have to mention that George was driven by the vision we all came up with and executed it with our own personalized intentions- top of mind. Thank you George and team! You guys rock!
