I love the potbelly stove in my basement and I didn't want to lose it during the remodel. 123 Remodeling design team figured out a way for me to build around it and bring it up to date. This is a great company.

123Remodeling came out to do a consultation on a kitchen remodel. They said they would provide an estimate within a week. It has been 3 weeks and have not responded to any follow up emails.

I had an excellent experience with 123 Remodeling. They are professional and treat you with respect. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and the prices are competitive. My salesman Ariel was great. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend that you DO NOT use 123 Remodeling for your interior projects, especially if you are wanting work done in a professional manner or work-related atmosphere. In June 2017 our office building hired them to do two small bathrooms and a coffee station with the deadline of November 1st. It is now the middle of October and they just did the demolition 2 weeks ago. Since then, no work has been done to complete these areas. Their workers are constantly not showing up and when they do, they are only here for 2 hours. These areas are shut down and cannot be used by our office staff but 123 Remodeling does not seem to care about the efficiency or timeline of our project. Our project manager, Alex Trujillio, never responds to our emails or calls about the status of the project and has lied many times about the timeline of our project or products that have been ordered. We gave him and entire specification list the first time, but had to catch his mistakes when he ordered all of the wrong finishes and cabinetry layout. Every time we call he says that he is "in a meeting" and can't talk (yet never calls back). We are very, very frustrated and will never hire them again to do work for us. Even we I tried to reach out to the office to request a new project manager my calls and email were not returned. This business is not professional and is not worth how much they charge. Don't use them. If you do, don't use Alex Trujillio as your project manager. Attaching a photo of what our coffee station has looked like for 2 weeks now...

We hired them for a basement remodel - adding a room. Amit, the project manager, was the only one of the 5 providers I interviewed who asked me "Why?" and then helped me decide what is required and what is optional. Once the contract was signed he scheduled the job quickly even though this was one of their smaller jobs. And, he kept me updated on the project status with phone calls and pictures. While they were not the cheapest I am happy that I went with them - the work was great and the experience of working with them was smooth.

About a week ago I made arrangements over the phone with 123 Remodeling for them to come at 9AM the next week to re-glaze our bathtub (the tub was in absolutely awful condition). At 9 AM sharp- right on time- their person ("Sander") arrived. He got right to work and by the time he was finished the tub looked absolutely brand new- truly a terrific job, including taking care with all of the small details beyond the re-glazing, such as application of the caulking. In addition, he cleaned up, and left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. Based on the work they did that day (and, thanks again, Sander), I'd strongly recommend 123 Remodeling (note- they not only advised me that the re-glaze came with a 5 year warranty, they even printed it right on the receipt,without my even requesting it!).

We had a fantastic experience working with 123 Remodeling to renovate our large master bathroom! Tal was extremely responsive and helpful as our primary designer, and helped us think through all of the options available. The work included ripping out nearly everything in the master bathroom, tiling the whole floor, all of the shower walls, installing new water fixtures, a new vanity countertop, a new toilet, and painting the whole room. We were very impressed with the pace and quality of the work, and they were happy to quickly correct any little things we noticed along the way. We are thrilled with how our bathroom turned out, it is night and day compared to how it was before.

They also installed a tiled kitchen backsplash - this makes our whole kitchen look so much nicer and we are very happy with the quality of the work around our cabinets, windows, and appliances.

We would certainly use 123 Remodeling for future home projects. Thanks again to Tal and everyone else for their efforts!

We worked with Tal on our remodel and were so happy with the work her and the team did. We had a big project - full kitchen remodel, replaced floors, complete master bathroom rehab. Everything was completed in just 6 weeks and Tal made the entire process so easy for us. She coordinated all the deliveries, coordinated with our HOA, and was very good at working within our budget. The great thing about 123 remodeling is that they give you a great rate on the labor and shop with you to pick out the materials. They have great discounts, so are really cost competitive, while maintaining impeccable quality. If you work with 123 Remodeling, make sure to ask for Tal - you won't be disappointed!
