We worked with Austin and had a great experience with our bathroom remodel and interior door replacement project and 123 Remodeling. He played a key role in guiding our selections, picking up on our vibe and making very helpful recommendations. Austin tailored his process to be flexible with our sometimes erratic travel schedules. He kept the project moving forward, orchestrating many moving parts.

We have been living with our new bathroom for several weeks, and continue being very happy with our investment. High quality work, crew was also great to work with. This bathroom is a tight space, we live in a large, old loft building, and they executed the work smoothly.

I included before and after photos. Nobody can remember what the old bathroom looked like, the new one is such a huge improvement. We love our gorgeous new bathroom!

Cannot recommend 123 Remodeling enough. I wanted to redo my bathroom and had some ideas but needed an expert to help bring it to life. Austin and Raul were a delight to work with! They completely demoed the old bathroom, reconfigured the plumbing and transformed the space. Austin walked through all the details with me and Raul and the crew were efficient and super professional. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.

I found 123 Remodeling through a Google search and I feel lucky that I did. I was impressed by the quality of the work shown in their portfolio and they delivered. Kelly is communicative, responsive, creative and a pleasure to work with. Kamil and his team are skilled and do top quality work. And now I have a beautifully remodeled bathroom.

After talking with several design build firms and independent designers/contractors about our master bath remodel, I randomly found 123 Remodeling through a Google search. I was impressed with the photos on their website as well as the positive reviews. I selected Angie to come out and provide a proposal. We were strongly considering another vendor but really connected with Angie and made the decision to go with them. We are SO glad we did. It was one of if not THE best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
First of all, Angie is a rock star! I had a lot of anxiety and was frankly overwhelmed over the scope of the process but she reassured me that she was going to make it fun and boy did she deliver. From start to finish, she followed through on every single detail. She came up with a beautiful design and provided a spreadsheet for me to track all our expenses. I was amazed at how she really cared about our budget and always provided lower cost options for our purchases. She’s talented, professional, detail oriented and just the most delightful person to be around.
Stanley and his team executed the work. I could not have been happier! He was reliable, polite, and best of all, his work was impeccable. And I am PICKY! He took no shortcuts, communicated regularly, and made sure that the house stayed clean and organized while he worked. He was patient with my questions and requests and always polite. All of my concerns, large or small, were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction.
The results are stunning. I will be recommending 123 Remodeling to everyone I know. What a pleasure it was to receive such excellent service in a time when mediocrity is the standard.

We worked with Angie Joy @123 Remodeling, to remodel 2 bathrooms and a primary bedroom in our downtown Chicago condo. She was fantastic.. efficient, creative, knowledgeable and incredibly flexible. We could not be happier. We have remodeled several homes and she was, by far, the best designer we have ever experienced! And the contractor (Stanley) was of the highest quality.. cabinetry work, tiling, plumbing, etc. And above all, Angie and Stanley always were honest. We highly recommend them!

I recently completed a full gut renovation of the bathroom and a kitchen refresh in my 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in Chicago, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Angie Joy (designer) and Stanley (contractor).

The bathroom project included removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower, new flooring, cabinetry, lighting, paint — essentially a complete transformation. In addition, they completed a kitchen refresh that included painting, removing and replacing countertops, installing a new kitchen faucet, and updating the hardware. Both spaces turned out beautifully and feel completely upgraded.

Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the project was finished ahead of schedule, which is almost unheard of in renovations.

What truly set Angie and Stanley apart was communication and trust. I was not physically at the condo during the remodel, yet I always felt completely informed and confident in the progress. Their communication was clear, proactive, and consistent from start to finish.

I also live in a building with a very strict HOA and tight security requirements, and they handled every rule, procedure, and restriction professionally and without issue. This alone was a huge relief and made the entire process stress-free.

Angie’s design guidance, Stanley’s craftsmanship, and their shared professionalism and attention to detail made this an outstanding experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone — especially condo owners who need a team that understands logistics, building rules, and how to deliver high-quality work without hand-holding.

If you’re looking for a designer and contractor you can truly trust, Angie Joy and Stanley are exceptional.

These guys were great. Super competent and very pleasant to work with (especially Mark). I ended up not hiring them in the end for reasons unrelated to them, but I felt inclined to write a nice review since I would have like to have hired them. I can at least say they are good on the front end.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ed and his team at All Quality Inc. They did interior work at my business and they were so accommodating and did an amazing job. I had a time constraint due to the business having to be closed and they finished everything on time and it is perfect!

EDIT: I have increased from a 2 to 4 star rating because they did reach out and offer some quotes and options, though we are going with a different company now. They are very nice and attentive once you've got them on the phone.

I had someone come out to give me an estimate on a few things, including a car port, siding and windows. They seemed very knowledgeable and excited about the project, which I was happy about. They requested a week's time to get the bid put together. About two weeks later they called and left a message saying they were working on the bid. I reached out a few days later and never received a reply. Now a week and a half later still nothing. The poor communication and inability to offer a bid in a timely matter has already caused them to lose my business, as it certainly reflects poorly on the company.

I wish I could post better before and after pictures but I did a terrible job of capturing before pictures. Ed and team have helped us out with multiple projects but most recently they replaced our windows and two doors. Ed gave great advice through the course of the project and made sure everything was done to the highest standards. We have had work done cheaper, but never better!

All Quality is currently working in my 90+ year old home replacing some old flooring. During the course of the project several unrelated problems turned up, including a cracked sewer exhaust pipe, severe mold and a burst water heater. Ed Buckley, Randy Zeek and their crew were there in a heartbeat to coordinate the extra repairs efficiently, quickly, and with an extremely high level of workmanship. They are great at communicating with us and always calm. It really is a delight to work with Ed and Randy. I recommend All Quality highly and without reservation, and will definitely use them for future projects.

Ed, Norm, and Robert did a great job remodeling our basement after a flood earlier this year. We had to dig up the basement foundation to install drain tile, and we hired All Quality to put it all back together, and the repair the flood damage to the walls and insulation. They took care to make sure that everything that they did was done well and the way we wanted it. My wife and I really appreciate all the work that they did, and will use them again for sure.

I had significant ice damming on my roof this past winter which also resulted in some interior damage. I called Ed and he responded immediately. He explained to me very clearly what he thought the issue was, and what he thought was necessary to fix it. He also worked very well with my insurance company. I was extremely happy with the finished product which was also completed in the timeline they outlined at the beginning. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I would highly recommend using All Quality.

I contacted All Quality when I noticed water damage on my living room ceiling shortly after Christmas. My original plan was to find someone to patch my porch leak and patch and paint my ceiling. Ed came by in the middle of the polar vortex to inspect the job and immediately put me at ease with his urgency to get the leak fixed as soon as possible. Since I live in a 120 year-old home, I was fighting a losing war with the drafts. Ed caught on to my frustration during his visit to look at the roof and took the time to walk through my entire home, making a note of all of the home improvement issues that I fully intended to take care of over the next 30 years or so. His mantra was simple. "We want you to love your home." I gave Ed a laundry list of all the things I hated about my house: some big (blow-in insulation in the basement, plus patch and paint; new tub install and tile) some small (caulk and seal windows, minor paint and patch), and some in-between (new closet lights for my wife). Oh yeah, that leaky ceiling was on the list, too.

Ed provided a detailed budget and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with what was in scope. Once we were under way, he accommodated our vacation and guest schedules. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work, but more important than that, I was impressed with how Ed handled when I was dissatisfied. We ran into an issue when the paint that was used in my bathroom didn't have the desired consistency and made a bit of a mess. Rather than pass the buck onto someone else, Ed made sure the bathroom paint work was redone so that we were happy with the end result.

Since they did knock out everything on my list, I hope I'm good for a while, but in case something pops up, All Quality will be my go-to for my home-improvement projects in the future. They should be your go-to, as well.

Great service and communication. They went above and beyond with helping to get my stairs safe for my elderly father. The quality of their work was great and they had innovative ideas for our stair rebuild. Highly recommend.

All Quality is exactly what their name is. We had significant structural issues caused by a previous remodeling project, preventing us from selling it. Ed, Jon and team spent several hours consulting with us, letting us know our options and what to expect during the renovation. The team handled all the work so professionally, and was always respectful of our space. Their work was exceptional and allowed us to ensure a safe, solid structure when we finally sold. We couldn't be more grateful for the work they did and would highly recommend them for construction needed, new or old.

All Quality, Inc. has done two projects for me in the last two years. In 2012 they replaced my old wrought iron railings and porch roof, and designed a beautiful updated porch with columns a new roof, canned lights and railings. They did such a great job that when I needed to renovate my bathroom, I contacted Ed and his crew. This proved to be a bigger job than I thought, as my house is 60 years old. They updated some plumbing and electrics which improved my water flow and enabled me to include beautiful lighting and plenty of outlets. They replaced my tub, tile, toilet and vanity as well as a brand new radiant floor. The crew was professional at all times and Ed was a huge help in assisting me with the many decisions I was faced with. THANK YOU to AQ.

All Quality totally lived up to their name. Ed and his skilled workers transformed our screened porch into a stunning 3 season room. We really enjoy that space now unlike we ever could before and look forward to using it in the colder months. Ed was great on writing the proposal and working with our ideas - then he added in some great touches on both design and features we had not really thought of - like the dimmer on the ceiling canned lighting. Besides the workmanship, it was impressive how careful and clean they were on the job site.
