Had an amazing experience w Mike and his team refurbishing my master bathroom and second bathroom - have never experienced clean during construction, but Mike and his team were so considerate of the fact we were living in during the refurbishment - timing was as Mike projected, as was cost and the workmanship speaks for itself in the photos! I have hired Kolin Group on 5 occasions - 4 times to renovate rental condos that we prepped so they could be put on the market (all units sold in under 2 months, and one getting an offer within 48 hours of listing), and then I hired him to do some renovations on our home of 20 years to prepare it to go to market. Michael and his team are reliable, on time and on budget, and do great work. He is also super helpful in making recommendations during the remodel to keep you on budget, and has assisted me regularly with purchasing and installing the tile or fixtures needed. A&D's REO Property maintenance service covers all of the year round services needed when your property need to remain ready for sale over a period of time. They winterize the property protecting the plumbing and HVAC systems, they provide re-key services, they maintain the curb appeal by performing yard services and snow removal. The Customer Service department is highly trained to make sure your property is ready to sell when the time comes. After periodic services they make sure the property owner is either REO or private or institutional are provided pictures/images of the property after each service call is performed. A&D is the best.

Mom was a minor hoarder. 30 years of old furniture and 30 yrs of stuff she ordered from catalogs.

A&D did the trash out and was nice to my elderly mom it was emotional but the A&D team was sensitive to the issues as they worked.
