Dan Mordaunt power washed siding and deck. He came back the next day and stained cedar siding , also painted soffits. Great to work with, We will hire him again! Excellent job done.

They made the appointment (so I sent them all the drawings and notes/ scope for the meeting) but they did not show up and then canceled after I waited an hour. Lack of respect and courtesy of your time. Bad business... carries over into all they do.

workers great but watch them people that work in office tried get extra money from me say saying my loan was not 100% approved I called I called the bank they said not true cool construction tried get me to pay the difference of the loan once they knew I was on them the lady in office said I don't owe them anymore money

They called but did not listen to what my needs were. . All the salesman wanted to do was get me to buy a new roof; he kept at it expecting to change my mind. Set appointment for
someone to come to my house the next day. No one showed up. AVOID this company! They are not interested In helping the consumer solve their issues. Very unprofessional!!!

I was having a lot of issues with my bathroom in my home and it was very frustrating, but once I called in a spoke to Mr Westbrook he assured me that Cool Construction & Remodeling was the company to use. He assured me the best quote and was very professional once I asked a lot of questions. Thank you so much my bathroom was beautiful.I would highly recommend.

Cool construction installed new windows at my home. The new windows look AMAZING, the work was finished on schedule, and the cost was the same as what I was told it would be before they started the job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We needed to have repairs done to our house due to strom damage. We call Cool Construction to come repair the sliding and gutter. They said it would take about 2 days to finish the job. Well they finished in 2 days and everything was done looks great. The workers were professional and cleaned up after completing the work.

We have an older home that needed special attention in a lot of areas from plumbing to electrical wiring. They were able to do all that we asked to our satisfaction, and we are very pleased. Needed a reno on my kitchen. Great experience from start to finish. Mr. Premo was very professional and throurogh. I had a timeline for this project to be completed, and they had it done a couple days earlier than expected. Very happy with the work and company overall. Definitely will be going back when I decide to do some more work.

Cool construction did an amazing job with the complete remodel of my condo. Completely remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms and made it into something you would find in home design magazines! Some before and after pictures are attached. Definitely would recommend them if you are looking for any type of construction/remodeling of your home! You won’t regret it!

I hired Cool Construction to remodel my main 1st floor bath in my bungalow, they were polite, helpful, clean, and made all the right recommendations to help me stay within my budget. They turned my 1950s bathroom into my own personal palace and I will always be thankful for their great craftsmanship and service.

Mr. Danny did my kitchen . It was exactly like he said it would be with the time line and the price. The quality is amazing.He was so nice to work with( and the office too) he told me if I need anything else he will be there asap and if something is missing from his work he will repair it with no cost

He renovated two bathrooms in my house exactly as we agreed, finishing the work quickly. He even offered to fix anything that wasn’t perfect at no extra cost.
