I had a nightmare waiting on me in my basement my hot water tank started leaking and shooting water all over basement had to turn off water to entire home a friend referred this company and I was shocked and amazed he was able to come out on a Sunday and the Bears was playing because it was defiantly an emergency I couldn’t go to work with out showering could wash my hands let alone cook I’m so grateful he was able to fix it all in the same day thank you thank you 😊

Unfortunately I tried to patronize black own businesses and after my experience with this company has left me feeling the need to never do it again. I need professional, quality and commitment to my projects. It started off good and ended with a remodeling project being left uncompleted with very little communication. The timeliness of the project has been over 3 months. The professionalism doesn't exist. Several no call, no shows. When a contractor shows up but not staying focus on the job because they're on personal calls while working (making mistakes). The price of the labor was to good to be true and now I know why, the service I received was awful. I honesty feel they bit off more than they could chew.

Very unpleased with the overall detail and quality of work and wouldn't recommend.

Ernest came out immediately to address an issue in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex with raw sewage leaking into my unit. He was professional, funny and made the ordeal a lot more bearable. Ernest worked diligently to find the issue and resolve it and unfortunately the problem was bigger than expected. Nonetheless he is someone I will definitely call again when an issue arises.

Professional work at reasonable Price. I had a 2 feet basement flood usually would had costed around $700 hundred Ernest ran a sump and roded basement for around 300$ Half the price others were asking

This company feels like a giant scam. They took these very gross pictures of a dilapidated floor, and posted them on my company business profile on google, and now I can't get google to take them down. I have never worked with this company, and the photos are not of my business or work that they have done for me. I have tried calling and emailing them to take the photos down and no one responds or answers their phones. Beware!

This gentleman service was professional, neat, and affordable! I’ll be definitely using him and this company again for future work. My television is mounted correctly and walls repaired with fresh paint. Thank you again!

Terrible customer service. Quit the job and did not finish the project. Requested money for full amount and threatened me afterwards. I paid 50% of total cost upfront. I would never recommend using this company!
My house is in shambles and now I have to find another contractor.

Very grateful for their work. Electrician gave me a competitive quote and set up a quick follow up for the install. Most importantly, the work looks great. Will use them again!

Update: it appears they no longer service my area. I called last week to set up work and after canceling once this week, I was texted today and told I am an hour outside their work area. I am disappointed as I wish they had told me sooner and I wasted time getting through these projects.

I had a great experience using this contractor. They provided plumbing services, repaired fixtures, and other home improvement projects. Were very prompt in arriving, identifying the issue, and rectifying it. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is very professional and nice. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future
