We had our couch and accent chair cleaned and Matt did such an incredible job with both! He made everything so easy and his pricing was very affordable. We’re so glad we found Matt!

Matt was very easy to deal with and was more than gracious about working around my ever changing schedule. He arrived punctually and refreshed my furniture with a good steam cleaning. The furniture looks showroom new.

Excellent cleaning, communication, and timeliness. Matt cleaned my couch, rug, and armchair and restored them to like brand new. We discussed any spots that I was worried about so that he could ensure they were addressed. He completely removed pet odor and sun damage from my couch and got my white rug looking nice and bright again. He was able to accommodate a short notice call for me and come in the next day. I greatly appreciated the communication - he texted me 30 mins prior to the start time that he'd be there at our scheduled time. Will definitely be contacting him for future cleanings!

I hired Matt to clean my ivory couch, which I thought was probably a goner after a few years of wear and tear. Matt did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations with the results. He even came back for a second cleaning on some of the tougher spots to make sure he restored it as close to original condition as possible. He was very communicative, punctual, and polite before and during both of his visits. So glad I hired Matt and cannot recommend him highly enough!

JAN 2023 I’m so glad that I contacted MB Prestige for my mattress cleaning. Did you know you were supposed to get your mattress cleaned? Well, I didn’t (aside from general vacuuming). Mateo was fantastic to work with, as he was super responsive/communicative and right on time for the appointment. There was no judgment, he knew exactly where the breaker box was in my old building when the fuse blew (expected because it really is super old), he was apologetic (even though there was no need to be!). I will definitely be giving him a call when I need my carpets and couch cleaned, too. 10/10 customer service, cleaning, and problem solving!

UPDATE SEPT 2023: I booked Matt again to clean my rugs and he again did a fantastic job again, providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a clean apartment!

Matt at MB Prestige was a delight to work with and was the epitome of professionalism from the moment I called for a quote through to the end of service. The cleaning was quick and thorough and removed some tough watermarks on a sofa I’ve had for many years, as well as freshening a used rug I purchased and making it feel like new. This is my second time using MB Prestige and I am very content with their services. They cleaned my upholstered Belgian linen chairs and area rug the first time and this time around they did two rugs and I was pretty happy with the result.
