I am extremely happy with the service provided by MB Prestige. My daughter stained a chair in out living room and I didn’t know if it could be saved. Matt asked for some pictures and immediately booked the service for the next day according to my schedule. Rene arrived at the designated time and did a very good job. He asked if I was satisfied with the work done and if I had any questions. My carpet and chair look like brand new now! I recommend them 100%

Matt recently cleaned my sectional, basement carpet, dog beds and car. He left everything looking and feeling new and fresh. My wife and I didn’t realize how much we needed all those things cleaned and sanitized. Matt explained the entire process before he started and was friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with the service he provided, and I highly recommend his services.

My dog had a terrible night last night and the carpet was covered with stains. MB Prestige sent someone within two hours of me calling and cleaned everything beautifully, including old stains. I will add them to my list of 'who to call' when I really need someone fast who will do an excellent job. This is a great service and a great company. Bravo.

I was recommended MB from a realtor I know. Extraordinarily professional. Great communication. Did an amazing job. Apparently sometimes stains are deep in carpet that you can’t see and come to the surface with a deep clean. He sent a crew out to clean that new stain as well even though it wasn’t his fault. 5/5 stars. Easily. And will always recommend / use them from now on

I needed someone to clean my sectional due to it being in storage for six months. I also have a dog who often likes to take a nap on it every now and then. I called Matt for his services, the differences were night and day. My sectional looked so much cleaner and the little dog smell that was there was completely gone. I definitely recommend Matt for any cleaning services. He’s punctual, offers fair prices and professional!

These guys did an amazing job on my carpets! Super friendly, showed up on time, and worked fast—but didn’t cut corners. They got out stains I didn’t think would budge and left the whole place smelling fresh. You can really tell they care about doing a good job. I’ll definitely be calling them again next time!

Matt was easy to get a hold of. His prices are on his website and the pet spot clean was even less than his website reported. So he’s honest, fair, easy to book, kind, professional and I love that I got before and after photos since I wasn’t home. He cleaned years of hair ball stains from my bedroom carpet. Looks like new! I highly recommend Matt.

I can't recommend Prestige enough! They've been my go-to for annual steam cleaning of my tile, carpet, and furniture for years now, and they consistently deliver outstanding results.
This year, they truly outdid themselves. There was a "stain" on my tile that I honestly thought was just the color of the tile when I bought the house – turns out, it wasn't! They got it completely out, leaving my tile looking brand new.
Months later, disaster struck when my neighbor's dog had an accident on my couch. I called Matt in a panic, and they came to the rescue immediately. They completely eliminated the odor and stain, saving my couch.
Their team is professional, reasonably priced, efficient, and incredibly effective. If you need any steam cleaning services, look no longer!

Matteo did a great job cleaning our stairwell. He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I spilled a cream-based soup on my rugs and couch over the weekend and they were able to come on Tuesday. They were able to get the rugs fixed but after the couch was fully dried there was still considerable staining. I reached back out Wednesday morning and they came back that afternoon and it looks good as new!

Matt did a phenomenal job cleaning my three couches! He was extremely thorough, professional and squeezed us in in a matter of days! Our couches just needed a general maintenance clean and now they look brand new. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again!

Every year, Matt and his crew show us the gallons of black water they extract from the areas they treat -- and this is after we maniacally keep our place OCD-level clean and vacuum weekly! I’ve used MB Prestige on two separate occasions and both times the professionalism and thoroughness of the cleaning was outstanding. All in all, they’ve done 1 couch and 3 rugs for us. 1 of the rugs was an outdoor rug that had mold and mildew stains all over. The before and after is quite impressive so I’ve added photos. MB Prestige is the best!!
