Windows were beautifully cleaned. Their machine was fast and really thorough. The next day it rained and the windows are still fantastic. He also cleaned the gutters really thoroughly. He was polite and terrific!

Have been a customer for many years. Impressed with their reliable service. Everyone I’ve dealt with, from the person who answers the phone and makes the appointments to the service technicians who’ve worked at my house, have been friendly, helpful, hard working, and gotten the job done. Shout out to Yurri H for being especially helpful when he recently did my gutters.

I contacted Prime time window cleaning late Sunday night. Not expecting any response until the following day. They contacted me immediately and we were able to make arrangements for the following Tuesday. They were polite and very expedient in their work. Showed up on time and very professional. Very pleased with the completed work.

I contracted out for 2 properties to have the windows washed inside and outside including screens. This is my honest experience with Juan and their customer service.
1. I was told after windows were cleaned that tracks were not included: which I was willing to pay extra for and I did.
2. I was told that out of all the technicians client only myself and one other person had complaints
3. After waiting for the technician at my second property I was told that if the work was done I could not complain
I also spoke with customer service several times during the appointment today. I was told I must be misinterpreting what was said to me. I paid for the first house and then respectfully canceled the contracted service for my second house. It is unfortunate that a company does not believe their clients on their honest experiences. I did do a walk through with Juan at the first house to verify what the job entailed. I had never had my windows cleaned before and I did not think it was obvious that tracks were not to be included. I do think there needs to be more transparency. My biggest issue and why I’m even writing this review is that no one should be spoken to so rudely when they are willing to pay for the service and for it to be completed satisfactorily (especially with an add on cost).

Yuri was great. He explained the process and showed me detailed pricing estimate and did a thorough cleaning of windows, frames and screens which were all very dirty post construction on our house. Highly recommend Prime Time!

Very prompt response from Pricilla and was able to schedule gutter cleaning the next day as weather permitted. Yuri came and did a great job within the window given. Highly recommend.

The service was amazing! This is the second time that I’ve used Prime Time Window cleaning. Wally did a very thorough cleaning and my windows and skylight look incredible. I am happy to put the blinds down to let the light filter in. No more spider webs! The office staff are tremendous too. Highly recommend this company!

We luckily got serviced because our neighbor was also getting their windows cleaned so decided to tag along. Our service provider, Wally was incredibly skilled, navigating our tall windows that face a very busy major street. Because our windows were filthy, he was extremely thorough and had to clean it a few times. It was day and night from before and after. We will absolutely use them again every year and request our service technician!

I hired Prime Time Windows to fix a leak in my gutter. They came out, I paid in full, and I was told the leak was fixed. The very next day, it was leaking again. I sent images and a video. The technician, Sean, admitted the mistake and apologized and said he would come out, but never did.

Since then, I have contacted the company multiple times over the past few weeks. Each time, I was told someone would come back out to address the issue. That has never happened. At this point, I no longer believe they intend to return.

I also requested a refund since the repair clearly did not work and no follow-up service was provided. That request was denied.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a repair that was not completed and received repeated promises that were never kept. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I was in communication Sean and a few other people. None of whom were helpful.

Prime time cleaned the gutters on my house and garage recently. It was rather late in the season for it but we had snow in our area before all the leaves had fallen. My regular company was no longer able to accommodate me. So, Angie’s List obliged and I could not be more pleased. I contacted Prime Time. Ivan was helpful and efficient and accurate in his estimate. Yuri, who did the work, was friendly, efficient and explained all he had to do. We are very pleased with the entire experience. And will give them serious consideration when we need window cleaning in future. Thanks, PrimeTime!!

Great experience with this company. They were prompt, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning the gutters. They made sure everything was flowing properly and cleaned up the debris before leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable gutter service.

Two-story house with front porch and a small utility shed. Paid $600 to have the house pressure washed and 22 window exteriors cleaned. The technician was there for about four hours and did a wonderful job. They did all the right things on a job site, including moving things out of the way and putting them back when done, informing us when they arrived and when they were done, and spending additional time on trouble spots. Siding looks brand new and the front porch is ready for paint. Slight issue with the invoicing, but customer service resolved the matter to my satisfaction and I would use their service again.

Great experience with Prime Time Window Cleaning! From the beginning of my experience, they were very responsive to my emails and used my address to provide an initial quote. On the day of service, they responded kept in communication to update me on their arrival time.

The cleaning process was smooth and efficient!

I was very impressed with their company. Easy to schedule an appointment, easy to get a quote, great job on doing the windows. They had one person outside and one person inside and they worked very hard. The result was absolutely amazing. Almost looked brand new and very painless. Reasonable price. They reinstalled screens and storm windows. The delivered product and the process was crystal clear. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone.

This is the 2nd year in a row that I have used Bubbles. I live in an old 100 year old-3 story house that I have just completed renovated and called Bubbles because I knew I would be able to see clearly out of the windows after their services. I have about 30 windows from top to bottom with sliding & french doors. They cleaned all the window and door tracks (it's a few extra $$ to do tracks, but well worth it!) and it cost me right around $300.

My Bubbles crew arrived promptly and got to work. It was a father/son team that worked very fast and efficiently. They were courteous and professional.

I would HIGHLY recommend there services and will use them again!

I had used Bubbles In the past and was very pleased so I called them again. The appointment was easy to arrange and Alejandro was prompt, courteous and professional. He did power washing on my back patio and washed my windows inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend them I will certainly use them again.

Our gutter cleaning was delayed a couple of times because of weather. Today I was called and the crew arrived promptly this afternoon. They performed the job cleanly and efficiently. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and the price was quite reasonable. We expect to engage Bubbles to wash our windows next spring.
