I was scheduled for a cleaning today--Friday, June 23 between 1-5 pm. At 12:30 pm I received a text message stating that the washers were on their way and would be there in approximately 30 minutes. I responded and said I would be there by 1 pm and received an ""OK" reply back.

After more than an hour later they didn't show, I called to inquire. The person I spoke with asked me to hold to determine why. She came back on and apologized that I had received the text by mistake and that the washers were still at another job and hadn't left yet. She told me I would receive a call when they were on their way. So I waited and waited and waited. Then at 3:30 pm I received a call back with the same person apologizing again and stating that the washers were still at the previous job and were not going to be able to make it after all.

She asked if they could reschedule to Saturday but could only give me a window of 10 am - 3 pm which means I'd waste my entire Saturday (like I already did on Friday) waiting here for washers to show up (or cancel again).

Today was the ONE day that I was able to get away from work to be here to get my windows washed. To say I am frustrated with your company is an understatement.

I still don't have clean windows, I wasted my day waiting on washers who never showed and I have an intense schedule where it makes it difficult to find another day for me to be here to have this service scheduled again.

The only reason it’s not 1 star is I have used Bubbles for years in the past and had good service. Apparently something has changed since I last used them.

Couldn't be more disappointed with the service or actually lack of service. I scheduled a gutter cleaning a month ago, took the day off because my house is within a locked gate...I needed to be present. The arrival window was 10 hours! They never showed up, nor did they call. I got a text after dark, scheduling me for another 10 hour window on the day before Thanksgiving. I called to address the issue and it didn't seem to matter to Bubbles...no apology, no compensation for wasting my time, no special concession. I've used their service in the past, but never again and I'd never recommend them. It would seem the more business some companies get, the less concern they have regarding good service.

Ive used Bubbles twice now and I am happy with both times! This (second) time they had me scheduled for a few weeks out because she told me how busy they are right now, which I was fine with. But then the same day they texted me that someone was in the area and they got get my gutters cleaned right now/same day. Wow. The guy was friendly, did a good job, and the cost was only $140 for my whole house. Will def keep going back!

Bubbles Window Washing cleaned the windows and screens on our 100 year old Chicago bungalow and did a great job! From beginning to end we had cordial customer service. The workers were pleasant and took extra care with our stained glass windows. They also went out of their way to deal with some older windows that are not in good shape. We will definitely continue to rely on Bubbles!

Very easy to work with and schedule. No need to be home if you only want exterior windows cleaned. Extremely reasonable prices. Highy recommend!

We had received a quote from Bubbles and were fine with the cost as we had two good referrals. Bubbles was proactive and reached out to offer to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. When the service person arrived, the first thing he said was that the house was bigger than expected, although we provided accurate description and SQ FT and additionally that window count was more than they understood. This was at the door before he actually walked around the house. He came back to the door after taking notes and informed me that the cost had increased by 21%, and it was only that because he did me a favor on a couple of calculations. He advised that he would call the office and see why we were misquoted and see what could be done. When 30 minutes went by I called the office and was told that we were misquoted. Not that we provided incorrect information, but that we were misquoted and that they could not honor the quote because Bubbles is a small family owned company and the price was just too low for them. I will say that everyone I talked with was polite, not emotional or argumentative. They did lower the price, but my issue was principal. The time we spent getting quotes, accepting the Bubbles quote in good faith, which in fact was not the lowest we received, my time for staying at home for the morning and changing schedule to be able to be home while the work was done. I cannot speak to the quality of their work or how they manage the margins the operate on, but this was a very unprofessional way to manage the situation. Be clear and up front on expectations and how costs may be impacted by how information/data is understood.

I have used this company for over 10 years.The service I received with the technician on 3/11/24 was great. They arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning on our gutters. They were respectful, and took the time to clean up all the debris afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience with Bubbles window cleaning. Bubbles has been been to our house twice so far, and we have found them very professional and careful. The gentlemen were attentive to the oddities of our house —dealing with screens, skylights etc. In the interior, they carefully moved anything breakable and returned to its place. They were congenial and pleasant to have inside the house. They worked quickly and efficiently but did not cut corners.

Marco A. and his partner did a fantastic job on our windows and gutters yesterday. They arrived on time and left everything spotless when they were finished. Besides being extremely polite and professional, they carefully protected our floors, furniture, etc. and left the place looking a whole lot nicer. Bravo!!

I've used Bubbles three times now to clean the exterior windows that surround the first floor of my bungalow - that's 29 windows! They are fast, respectful, and always leave my windows streak-free. I'm ready to put in screens to welcome the warm weather!

Bubbles technicians were on time, friendly and did a great job. I had the same experience the first time they did our windows. I will definitely call them again!

We have utilized the services of Bubbles for gutter cleaning for at least 10 years and are ALWAYS satisfied. Appointments are easily made, technicians arrive when they say they will, and the work is done well. Roberto arrived as promised and after introducing himself, began to work. He was rapid, efficient, courteous and neat. When he finished, he bagged the refuse and took it to the end of the yard for disposal, then shared photographs of the work he did with me, which was an exceptional thing. The work was excellent and we are extremely pleased.

Excellent customer service! Window cleaning team did an excellent job. I was most impressed that they took initiative to get advice from a colleague about the best way to clean my windows (they are a bit challenging due to the way they were installed).

My wife and I are completely satisfied with the results and with your customer service. Contacting this company to get a quote and set up a date was extremely easy. The woman I spoke with was able to quote me prices on services requested as well as book an appointment with complete ease. She was nothing short of courteous and even emailed me a confirmation about my appointment as well as a reminder the day before. The individual who was doing the work at our house named Marco was an extremely proficient, professional and polite individual. I can't say enough to compliment him and he's an absolute asset to your company. I felt it only necessary to speak about Bubbles and Marco in high regard because of the price and quality of what we received. Our house was completely filthy from the hellacious winter we had with all the ice dams. Luckily, the hard work from Marco and the fact we chose Bubbles made all the difference in the world! The house looks amazing on the exterior and the windows are crystal clear now. I can't thank you enough and I would recommend anyone looking for similar services to look no further because this is the company to stick with and stay loyal to. I had my gutters cleaned on March 9, 2024. I have used Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter cleaning twice before. The workers showed up on time. They were efficient and friendly. Carlos and his crew did a great job cleaning the cluttered gutters . They left their work area spotless. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend.

Being completely honest... They were friendly on the phone and in-person. However, I was not made aware that they don't clean the downspouts and I have standing water in my guttters. When I called to ask if they could come out and finish the job, they told me it would cost extra. I would not recommend doing business with them. The job was not complete and thorough.

I am happy to recommend Bubbles Window Washing highly. I have used Bubbles to clean my windows for several years, and each time, they accommodate my schedule and do a great job. This June, Bubbles sent Marco; he and his assistant worked quickly, made our windows sparkle, took special care of our possessions, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

I love this company! Fast and reliable service, the team that came out to clean my gutters did an amazing job. they were friendly ,kind, and fast! This will be my go to company for my gutters and windows going forward. The customer service team is also great. I was able to reach them via phone call and text. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Marco was great, took good care of our windows, screens, and siding. From start to finish, the communication and cleaning of our windows and gutters were top notch. Highly recommend.
