We had been wanting to get our vents, windows and brick walls cleaned since moving into our loft unit in 2003. Once our big remodeling project was completed, we knew we had to get this work done. Aloft Cleaning was the perfect solution. The team made getting an estimate and making an appointment pretty seamless. We appreciated the quick walk-thru with Marty upon his arrival to make sure we were on the same page about what needed to be cleaned. Marty also made sure our cats, who were kept safe in our main bathroom during cleaning, were OK and let them out when he left for the day. The cost to get all of the surfaces cleaned was well worth it. We can now breathe much easier knowing the air in our home is cleaner!

Aloft Cleaning Services is fantastic! Marty is very responsive and made scheduling an appointment very easy. The work was thorough and efficient. Knowing that my loft space has been cleaned of all the dust, etc that has been accumulating in places that are high/hard to reach - and that the air I'm breathing is cleaner - is so satisfying. Highly recommend!

What an amazing service and needed service in Chicago. We hired Aloft to clean on top of our exposed ductwork in our condo. I couldn’t be happier! Marty was very professional, had great communication, and our ducts are spotless. My only regret is not finding Aloft sooner! If you have any high reach cleaning needs definitely hire Aloft. We had previous tried cleaning them ourselves but felt unsafe doing so on ladders and kicked up a ton of dust that aggravated my allergies. No problems with that with using Aloft. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you Aloft!

We have twice used Aloft for a deep clean of our downtown condo. Both times, Martin did an excellent job. He is professional, courteous, and pays close attention to detail. I highly recommend!

Excellent service! Marty arrived on time, and was so professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how thorough he was to remove the excess dust from my exposed pipes, ductwork and to the very high beams in my condo loft. I also appreciated that he wore shoe covers when entering my home and covering all furniture throughout the process. This meant so much to me without the need to ask him to do so. The only suggestion, I would advise to keep the plastic on the furniture at the end for the wet sponge process to catch possible wet drippings or sponge material drippings. Overall great experience. I highly recommend Aloft Cleaning for your service needs. I will definitely utilize them again next year.

I had high expectations since Aloft is priced higher than a standard apartment cleaning. Aloft exceeded them. I had no idea what my condo could look like clean! My unit is noticeably brighter and fresher.

The cleaning lasted about 7 hours for my 1 BD condo. Marty was professional, efficient, and careful with furniture. He even spent extra time cleaning exposed ducts near the kitchen, where there was buildup of cooking grease.

Highly recommend this service. I'll be building annual cleanings from Aloft into my condo maintenance routine going forward!

Marty Romme of Aloft Cleaning Service spent two full days cleaning my loft: wood slat ceilings, brick walls, external air ducts, ceiling fans, tops of kitchen cabinets and track lighting. The place has never been so clean. Her did an excellent job and I would recommend this service and company to anyone who lives or works in a loft building.

Marty did a great job cleaning our loft. It had not been cleaned in more than 7 years, maybe ever. I have mold illness and health issues and Marty was very careful to not use chemicals to aggravate me. Plus he put down plastic and was careful to not leave dust residue anywhere. He was very professional and thorough. We very much appreciate our clean loft and highly recommend him!

We had some dust build up in our 6000sq.ft. space which has a 20ft ceiling with exposed duct work, steel rafters and ceiling fans. Marty did an excellent job cleaning all of these areas with his specialized high reach equipment. He did this during business hours without any dust falling below and without interrupting our members. I would definitely recommend his service if you have a have a high ceiling with exposed areas that collect dust.

Aloft and Marty are amazing! I highly recommend their services. I purchased my condo about two years ago, and I am convinced the previous owner never cleaned the beams or any of the high-to-reach places in my unit. After several failed (and scary) attempts to clean the beams and tops of the partial walls on my own, I contracted Aloft to help. Marty responded quickly and very kindly rescheduled our appointment last minute because my partner got sick. Marty is easy to communicate with and surpassed my expectations. I was prepared for bad news and thought I might have to replace some of the structures due to neglect, but Marty made everything look new. The place also smelled great. Aloft Cleaning Service is a great investment. Leave the loft cleaning to Aloft, it makes a huge difference!

Aloft did a great job cleaning our loft condo impossible to reach ceilings and ductwork after a pretty major home improvement project that left drywall dust everywhere. Their cleaning included exposed brick surfaces and brightened our timber life ceilings and beams. I would highly recommend for other city dwellers with high unreachable ceiling surfaces!

I had a very good experience hiring Marty to clean my new lofted condo. He was here all day, was very professional and it is such a good feeling to know that all of the surfaces have been dusted and cleaned. It does look better. I can't imagine how long it's been since these area have been cleaned.

This company is the best! They have been cleaning my house bi-weekly for a little over a month now and every time I come home I’m impressed! Initially, I put in for a quote on a weekend, not expecting to hear anything until the work week. However, within an hour I had heard back and they came out Monday to give me a detailed quote for an initial clean! They then came that Thursday to do the initial deep clean. Every time they have come after they have been at the house I am impressed with how well they do! I have two dogs, two cats, and two kids and after they are finished up you wouldn’t know any of these things live in the house! They even organizing the stuffed animals on my son’s bed! I definitely recommend these guys!
