This experience has been one the most unprofessional services I’ve ever encountered.

The two people that came to my house had very little experience cleaning and could not understand spoken or written English. There was a huge language barrier to me getting the services that I expected.

I was told there would be three members of the crew. Based on the description of tasks on the website for deep cleaning, there was absolutely enough work for three people to do for several hours.

I found one crewmember standing on a barstool. They never asked me if I had a step ladder and of course should have had their own as part of their equipment.

One of their tasks was to clean the kitchen/bath/laundry cabinet doors. I went to the kitchen to check on them to find them using Windex on my wood cabinets (again, language issue). I got them a bucket of warm soapy water. They didn’t even have a bucket with them.

They mopped the wood floors and then walked across them while it was still wet. They didn’t even have the sense to start in the far corner and work their way towards the way out.

When I originally made my appointment, I asked if they had a steam tool for cleaning grout, and was told that they did not. They told me that they would use some type of a scrubbing tool. They scrubbed by hand. That is not deep cleaning. I will now have to do that.

There were many, many tasks that were listed on the website as part of a deep clean. When it became clear that the two of them alone would not even be able to do the big stuff without my constant intervention, I had to tell them not to do a number of things. One of the things they were supposed to do was to deep clean the sink. They didn’t even bother to clean my kitchen sink after they dumped out the bucket of dirty soapy water from the floors.

Is my house cleaner today than it was before they arrived? Sure. But I have a very long list of tasks that I’m going to have to do by myself.

This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing service. I had shoulder surgery and I’m unable to do this cleaning myself as I usually do which is why I hired Too Clean. I never expected that two inexperienced cleaners who couldn’t communicate would come to my door.

I keep a very clean house. I have regular cleaners come every couple of weeks and because of my shoulder surgery, I hired Too Clean for the deep cleaning that I couldn’t do myself. I’m so incredibly disappointed at how this worked out.

First let say from the outset l have had work done on my apartment for past 10 months because my work does not give me a ton of free time. Now to my review of Too Clean two words 5 Stars. My review Is base on me sitting on the stairs of my hallway at the time a small army of young people came In and clean my 1150 sq ft apartment outstanding. There extreme deep cleaning service Is something I strongly recommend to have twice a year fall / winter & spring & summer. To everyone at your company THANK YOU

I am thoroughly impressed with TooClean’s services. They are fairly priced and left our apartment absolutely spotless. My house looks amazing. The last place I tried, I paid about double for a deep clean and it didn't look like this. Too clean is THOROUGH. You can tell the difference. So happy that I found my new go-to spot.

They do good work, but be VERY careful that you specify what services you want. I was charged nearly $300 to vacuum 800sq ft, mop a floor, and lightly clean a small bathroom. They spent a very long time deep cleaning my fridge door and cabinet faces, which were services I didn't request or need. There was no communication asking what I actually wanted done; apparently they have a checklist they do automatically. They also avoid doing dishes and other basic tasks unless you pay extra. In summary: good at what they do, but make sure you actually WANT what they do - or you'll end up paying a lot.

Very happy with my experience. When I submitted a request for information, someone got back with me quickly and answered all my questions. The cleaning crew showed up right on time. They were friendly and very respectful of our space. They did a great and thorough job and were very efficient. They arranged my kids’ stuff animals really sweetly on their bed too, which was cute. Would definitely hire again!
