Cannot say enough great things about U Have it Maid and Ruth specifically. She left our apartment spotless and did such a thorough job. We can’t believe how long we waited to sign up, and now can’t wait to have them back!

The team did such a great job deep cleaning the apartment. They have such attention to detail and got into every corner of the place. I am excited to have them regularly come clean my place!

Truly a 5 star experience with U Have It Maid! Daniela in customer service was so accommodating in answering all my questions and helping to book my clean. The communication is through text which made it much more convenient than waiting on email responses. I chose a deep clean with additional window washing and it did not disappoint. Anahi did an amazing job. She was thorough, efficient, and really kind. I’m not sure my house has ever been this clean 🫣 I will definitely be booking monthly cleanings from here on out. Highly recommend.

U Have It Maid did an amazing job! From booking to final walkthrough, everything was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, brought their own supplies, and went above and beyond to make my home spotless. Floors, kitchen, bathrooms—everything looked fresh, sanitized, and beautifully organized.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn’t just clean around things, they moved items, wiped down baseboards, dusted hard-to-reach areas, and even straightened up small clutter in a thoughtful way. The team was friendly, respectful, and took real pride in their work.

Great experience! Scheduling was easy and pricing was consistent with all is the other companies I researched. Ruth (my cleaner) was great. She was on time. She was thorough. My apartment looks great and has never been so clean! I can’t wait to have her back. Worth every $$.

I contacted U HAVE IT MAID to clean my brother's home who recently had surgery. They responded right away and we worked out a time for them to come. They were prompt, professional, thorough and did a PHENOMENAL job. His very messy place was SPOTLESS. He complimented Adelaida on what a beautiful job she did. I HIGHLY recommend them and Adelaida. We will DEFINITELY use their services again! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks to U HAVE IT MAID. They really helped us out!!

The actual cleaner was amazing but they charged me $200 when it was supposed to be $190. The cleaners are good. They are WAY too expensive for a one bedroom apartment. The bait and switch is unacceptable. The first time they cleaned the cleaner was not allowed to clean my 15 x 7 office, nor dust nor mop floor. Said that made my place a “2” bedroom. SURE…. It doesn’t even have a bed. I’d use them if the cost wasn’t so high.

No stone was left unturned! My roommates and I needed a deep clean after living in our apartment for the last 4 years and I couldn’t be more impressed. Outside of the clean communication was perfect and pricing was very fair. Estefania was very nice and very detailed with the clean. I highly recommend this service.

Samantha was very thorough and left things clean and tidy! She even got into the baseboards where a lot of grout was built-up and it’s completely removed. It’s an old building so I’m pretty impressed with the results.

Had 2 helpers come in to clean my 1200 square foot apartment and they cleaned it but not super clean… the good thing was was prompt and easy; and the flexible cancellation was super helpful as I had to reschedule once due to my renovations taking longer than expected.

However , the quality of cleaning was not as detailed as I envisioned. After spot checking a few apparent spots, the kitchen backsplash was dusty. Texted them on the day of and got $20 back.

Unfortunately we only moved in a week after the cleaning day so only noticed additional dusty spots while we were unpacking (i.e. the racks cabinet shown in picture). No resolution offered here since it was 10 days after the cleaning.

I’d recommend checking thoroughly within 24 hours after the service.

Great service for a great price. The two maids that performed the cleaning were VERY thorough and cleaned better and faster than me and my wife could. We live in a three-story townhome, so cleaning is always a pain. I am definitely considering hiring them biweekly due to my extremely busy schedule, and after such good work I'm probably going to go ahead and set it up.

The service did a great deep cleaning. There were 3 cleaners over 5 hours and they even did built-ins and inside windows. They got the mold out of the shower and our white kitchen sink hasn’t been so clean since we put it in. They were very communicative on schedule, arrival and what is included. I would highly recommend if you need a deep clean. Also, the place smells great and you can see that all the dust is gone!

Their attention to detail is next level! I hired these cleaners for a move in clean. The price was reasonable and they truly got into every nook and cranny. My home felt so clean and welcoming by the end, and I’ll definitely be getting monthly cleans with them moving forward.

We requested a deep clean of our place after a move and they did a fantastic job! Bathrooms and kitchen were very thoroughly cleaned (all tubs, cabinets, mirrors, etc). They even cleaned all the baseboards and external vents. Planning to hire them for maintenance cleaning of our place

This was my first time using this service. They were highly professional and courteous. Samantha was very kind, cleaned my apartment thoroughly and if needed asked questions. I have health issues so it is difficult for me to lift or do many activities. The service provided was very helpful. Would highly recommend, will also use this service again.

Phenomenal! I wish I had before photos to share. U Have it Maid provided excellent service, Ruth was so thorough and friendly, I paid for a standard cleaning and she spent over 3 hours making my home look fantastic. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again!

My studio apartment was cleaned thoroughly! Dayse was the best! I dont even have to ask for anything they know what they are doing. I had my closet organized as well. It was perfect!
