These guys are great! They service my business’s windows reliably. 100% set it and forget. Not sure what I’d do without them! They also did a great job installing graffiti film on my showcase glass to protect them.

Urban Street Window Works cleans our office windows and I LOVE the service they provide! The windows always look great, every employee has been friendly and very helpful and they're reasonably priced! Our old window cleaning company would come pretty sporadically and we could never get a set schedule. Urban Street comes right on schedule (unless the weather delays) and even dresses up at Halloween! Glad we found them!

This was a great service. We have a 3 story townhouse with a variety of windows which hadn't been cleaned in a few years. From the start of the process, Tom was very helpful and the system allowed for convenient scheduling. I had no problems with scheduling the appointment and there were a lot of times to choose from. The technicians were awesome, friendly, and efficient/thorough. For the interior/exterior job, it took them under 2.5 hrs. They were very pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They also made sure to get at all the types of windows we have throughout the house and really worked at removing long-standing stains. Maybe a bit on the pricier side as compared to some other quotes, but worth every dollar and definitely a good value for the quality. Will definitely be using them again.

We have used Urban Street Window Works for interior/exterior of my gym. We cover 4 storefronts of all glass, so the appearance is very important to us. We have always had great service and the windows shine when they are done. We have also been happy with the communication from the team as we changed cleaning frequencies. Highly recommend!

I used Urban Street Window Works for 2-3 years to clean the windows of my business. I never had a single problem-- the cleaning was always done as scheduled, and changes to payment methods, schedule, etc were easily dealt with. I moved out of the area, and so I no longer use them, but would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We have been using them for years and would highly recommend this company. They consistently do a really nice job and are regular and reliable. Their technicians are also very professional and considerate of our indoors environment. It’s a really easy process - operating on autopilot to keep our windows and storefront looking great.

I didn’t realize how dirty my windows were until after they cleaned them. They looked brand new. The crew arrived on time, brought all their own stuff and worked fast but carefully. They even cleaned the screens and tracks without me asking. I have a two story home and they got every window without leaving a mess. The guy was friendly and explained how often I should get it done depending on the weather. The only small issue was a little water on the floor by one window but it dried quick. Totally worth it though. Price was fair and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I’ve already scheduled them to come back in six months. If you want your house to shine call these guys. I couldn’t believe how much light came in after.

If I could give this company negative stars - I would. This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating service experiences I’ve had.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning 1.5 months in advance and was given a confirmed arrival time of 9 AM. The day before the appointment, the company asked to push the time later (1 PM), which I agreed to despite already planning my schedule around the original booking.

At 1 PM, no one arrived. When I followed up, I was told the cleaner was on the way but delayed due to traffic. Based on that, I continued waiting, expecting the situation to be resolved shortly.

Instead, I was left waiting for over two hours past the scheduled arrival time, only to have the entire appointment canceled at 3 PM.

Canceling a service is one thing. Allowing a customer to wait for hours under the impression that the cleaner is still coming, only to cancel well after the scheduled time has passed, is completely unacceptable. At that point, it reflects a clear disregard for the customer’s time.

This was a move-out clean, which is inherently time-sensitive. I had already adjusted my schedule once to accommodate the company and communicated my availability clearly. Despite that, they failed to deliver the service entirely.

The explanation given: traffic and the cleaner needing to leave by a certain time, only highlights poor planning and overbooking. A professional company should not be confirming appointments they cannot realistically fulfill.

Polite communication does not make up for a complete lack of execution. Reliability is the baseline expectation for a service like this, and that standard was not met in any way.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere if timing or dependability matters at all.

To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was to reschedule for the next day or accept that there was nothing else they could do because they were fully booked; despite the fact that I had booked this service 1.5 months in advance. That response alone speaks volumes about how little customer commitments are prioritized.
