Landlord recommended this service for when I moved out of my 1bedroom, but she was so unsatisfied with how they performed that she had to hire another service which took another 4 hours.

Also, like the other reviews said, they claim they'll call you back but never do.

I generally am a big proponent of small and local businesses. However, the older woman that owns or works at this business is truly a horrible person to deal with. She constantly has her dog outside off leash which is not only illegal, but I have had to walk my bigger dog (appropriately and legally using a leash) in the street to avoid her poorly behaved and off leash dog, which puts myself and my dog in an unsafe situation. This business also consistently parks their cars (a coupe and a minivan) in the crosswalk which is unsafe for all pedestrians. Please support local businesses that make an effort to be positive to the neighborhood. If they think leash and crosswalk laws don’t apply to them, imagine the corners they’ll cut cleaning your house.

Great service… Wonderful women who clean thoroughly… If you ask them to do extra things they do they always change the sheets wash them. Fold them up for me so I can put them away and also will do the towels. I couldn’t ask for a better service, and the woman who owns it has a heart of gold. Don’t be scared by some of the negative reviews, mighty maids and mighty men are a wonderful cleaning service!’

Amazing service! I have been using Choice Janitorial for my business for about a year now and their service is consistently great. They washed the windows on the day of a rain and wind storm, broke the window and still didn’t wash the patio window. The next day it was clear out and 70° and they sent a note that “due to weather conditions” they would not be back on site. Only pro is, the repair company they use reached out right away.

This company cleaned the windows of the building next door to my home. They placed a ladder on top of my plants in my front yard garden, and they walked all over the plants -- flattening/crushing them. When I confronted them about it, one of the crew members was very rude. All I wanted was an apology. Instead, I got 'Do what you need to do'. I called the office and talked to the office manager, Daniella. She was very polite, but didn't apologize. About 10 minutes later, one of the crew members (Juan) came over and apologized.

There's nothing the company can do to fix the damage that's been done to my garden. The plants are destroyed for this season, and I will just have to wait until next year to enjoy any of those flowers. A simple apology from all involved would have been enough to keep me from writing this negative review.

Recommendation to this company: knock on the doors of the neighbors and coordinate with them if you plan to walk on their property. I could have worked this out with them so that they could get to the windows they needed to without destroying my plants. And if you mess up, swallow your pride, admit that you made a mistake, and apologize.

This company cleaned the windows of my apartment building today. My apartment being on the top floor, I heard everything they did atop the roof above my apartment- from dropping heavy equipment, to all the expletives and cuss words that followed. They also kept ramming against the windows extremely loudly which was disruptive to the work call I was on. I can't fathom why cleaning windows would require almost hammering into them.

I have hired this company in the past to clean the interior of my windows (I have 15, 8’ x 4’ windows) and just had them out again, long overdue. I am very particular about my home and this crew of 3 couldn’t have been more careful and respectful of me and my home, while doing an impeccable job of cleaning the windows. What a difference! They did a fantastic job and it was well worth the money.

We use them every year for our living room couch and ottoman. Always quick to respond to scheduling, always arrives on time. Quick work and super professional, and great pricing. Will always be our go to!

I was worried about my vintage wool rug getting damaged during a professional cleaning, but they took great care of it and did a great job! The team was prompt, communicative about pickup/delivery times, and lifted my HEAVY dining room table to get the rug centered just the way I had it before. They also custom cut a rug pad for us for a reasonable price.

We have used the Carpet Cleaning Group for many years. They have met or exceeded my expectations with a professionalism I appreciate. They show up on time, are respectful of our home furnishings and leave the carpeting looking like new. They have also cleaned area rugs and our couches.
