Today Zach and Herman cleaned our carpeting and area rugs. They were professional and highly competent. They even gracefully navigated around our dog. The carpets look brighter and smell fresh!

I live in a condo building and our carpet has really taken a beating over the last year. I called Carpet Cleaning Group, spoke to Kat, who was quite pleasant and gave me a quote that you would not believe in comparison to other cleaning companies. Appointment times was readily available.

The crew, Zach & Jose were on time, was cordial and courteous. They explained the procedure and began cleaning our carpet. They stains and ground in dirt was removed, the carpets were sanitized and deodorized. They did an amazing job.

Herman and Zach were kind and courteous. They called to warn me they were coming, on time, great with my dog. I’ve been coming back to this company for years! Their admin is great even when I forget to follow through and pick it back up weeks later!

Zach and Herman came today to clean our carpets and they did an amazing job as usual! We have high traffic stairs that needed love, and they paid attention to the details in each room and each floor. Even did a hard to clean chair to make it look new again. Great job!

It has been my experience over the past ten years or so that CCG provides the best professional cleaning services over the local competitors. I am always especially impressed by their staff. Zachary G. deserves a special shout out! Not only is he always on time, he has a very pleasant manner with customers and gives honest information. CCG pricing is very fair and they give repeat customers coupons! I will always use them for any carpet or furniture cleaning. (For pet owners, they are successful at getting out markings and stains. Make sure to get their protector add-on service to repel future naughty behavior!).

I had a GREAT experience with [Chicago] Carpet Cleaning Group including german and David, the team who came to my condo for the service.

Initially I was promised a reply to my inquiry within 12 hours . They got back to ke in 45 minutes! And were able to schedule me for three days later. The appointment was confirmed and David phoned ahead when they were about 30 minutes from arrival. They spot treated and then went to work with the steam cleaner sucking up more dirt and dust than I ever imagined was in there. Two bedrooms, one living room, - 650 square feet all cleaned and deodorized and friendly conversation in about 60 minutes from the time of arrival. I will call them again down the road and am happy to recommend @Carpet Cleaning Group!

I had a very positive experience with Carpet Cleaning Group. They cleaned my basement carpet, as well as carpet in three bedrooms and two staircases. I was super-impressed by the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the work. They were in and out in about an hour, and the carpeting looks almost new again. Candidly, there was another carpet cleaning service I had used a couple years ago, and Carpet Cleaning Group was much better. Not all carpet cleaning companies are the same. Carpet Cleaning Group was very responsive and scheduled us quickly and with relatively little notice to clean our old place between moving and the new residents moving in. Day of, Dave and Zach arrived early, were incredibly kind and efficient, and got a particularly nasty black stain mostly out of white carpet. We are very grateful for their service!

Zack and Victor were fantastic. They worked on a bunch of stains and were very thorough, even moving the furniture that was left in the room around to get under them. We have used this company twice and have been very satisfied both times.

We've used the Carpet Cleaning Group for the past several years to clean our L-shaped sectional couch on an annual basis. Last year, we had them clean a loveseat too, and this year we also had them clean the carpet in our study and 3 rugs (2 large area rugs and 1 long runner). We go back every year because the service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and they stand by their work. German, Zach, and Oleg worked with us this year and were the pinnacle of professionalism. They take the time to do the job right and will go the extra mile, for example to help put our rug back in exactly the right spot under our sectional after it was returned. We had an issue a few years ago where after our loveseat dried we noticed a few stains. The technician came back right away to address the issue. We highly recommend CCG!

I have used them twice and have had fantastic experiences both times. They were able to pick up my 8x10 rug the same day and had it cleaned and returned within a week.
