David did an amazing job with our rental property. We thought there were some stains that were permanent, but David was able to get rid of them. Will definitely be using Carpet Cleaning Group in the future.

I have them clean all our carpets and upholstery every 6 months. I have used them for years. They always do a great job. Very professional. The price has risen considerably in the last year (more than $100), but not sure why.

Zachary and Jose both did an excellent job cleaning my sectional. They brought their own equipment and carefully steam my sectional. They wore shoe covers inside my house which I thought was very respectful. My sectional is very clean after. I highly recommend this company! Note: this is my 3rd time using this company and everytime they did an excellent job.

Carpet Cleaning Group is the ideal for how a business should work. With kids and pets, my house needed a furniture and carpet cleaning. I called Carpet Cleaning Group yesterday morning and they already had a two person crew out to my house that afternoon. The receptionist was very polite and easy to book through. The two men who came to clean were perfectly in the window given, called to give notice of their specific arrival, and were so nice. The work they did was amazing. Everything looks brand new because of how great those two cleaners are.

We had a high quality rug that our cat decided to make his “sick litter box”. We were going to throw it out but decided to get it cleaned and give it to our college age son. The over 25 year rug is now like new! Price was very reasonable and pickup and delivery were seamless—including moving furniture to get the rugs into place. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

We have CCG come out regularly to clean the common area carpets in our building that get GROSS. They provide professional service, are experts at stain removal and odor elimination. Someone tracked dog poop through and it was ground into the carpet - the building wouldn't pay for cleaners to come for 4 months! As soon as German and Jose did their work (which was done in under an hour) it was COMPLETELY GONE. Miracle workers!

They also do great work at refreshing upholstery - I have 2 cats, a dog and a toddler and they get my couch and armchairs looking great again.

Zach and Herman were professional, speedy, knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 I will be using them again! It was $340 for 2 bedroom carpet + a protectant, and 2 bathroom tiles & grout to be cleaned. It took them about and hour. After I paid, I got a 15% off coupon for my next service.
