My kitchen sink looked new again, and the whole place smelled fresh without that harsh chemical scent (you know what I’m talking about)

I usually don’t write reviews but this one felt earned. I booked this after putting it off getting my house cleaned for way too long and assuming my place was kind of beyond saving. Turns out I was wrong! They showed up on time, were friendly without being awkward, and just got straight to work.

By the time they were done it honestly felt like I walked into a different place! Stuff I don’t even think about cleaning was spotless; floors, corners, behind furniture, all of it. The kitchen and bathroom were on another level too. Everything felt actually clean, not just wiped down quickly. Even the smell was nice and subtle, not that overpowering chemical scent that lingers forever.

What really stood out was how much attention they paid to the little things. You can tell when people care about the work they’re doing and this was one of those times. I didn’t feel like I had to go around checking anything after, which never happens.

Overall it was easy, smooth, and way less stressful than I expected. I’ll definitely be booking again and have already mentioned them to a couple friends. If you’re in Chicago and debating whether it’s worth it, it totally is!

Rude and claimed it needed for more hours than needed to be leaned. Can't be trusted. Don't use them

The woman who answers the phone there will just blow you off by telling you "oh someone will contact you later today" and then it never happens. Avoid.

Mighty Men did a great deep cleaning job on a older Chicago bungalow my clients purchased that had been vacant for several months.

Have been using Mighty Maids for over 15 years. They are great. The owner talks briskly and has a heart of gold.

I've been using them since 2010. I'm still using Mighty Maids although I notice their customer service (phone) has gotten poor. The good: I can call and get house cleaning service in 24 hours. I messaged several house cleansing srvs in Chicago and over a 2-3 day period it was back and forth negotiating price and not getting a call back or a reply message. When I first called MM on Wednesday and asked for service for Thursday, I got an instant appointment.
However, this is for Margaret who answered the phone: Very unprofessional. You didn't say "Mighty Maids", you answered the phone like you were at home and I questioned if I had the correct business. And then, you didn't ask for a credit card like you usually do. I had to remind you to take my credit card. And -- you didn't ask if I had my own supplies! As you usually do. And you were so laissez faire about taking the card #. I think MM needs to join the 21st century and get a website, get a decent phone service. I wondered if they were out-of-business because all the other house cleaning businesses have websites or some kind of internet presence. The woman they sent to clean was (as usual) an older EU woman, very pleasant. I was glad she showed up on time - as they usually do. But I wondered why she was on her hands & knees scrubbing my floors instead of using a mop? If she thought my mop wasn't good enough, she should have told me. I'm always open to getting better cleaning products.
The cleaning is "standard". I didn't need a deep clean which is what the other services wanted to give me. I just needed a scrub down.
