I called to get pricing on their services, and once I decided I wanted to use them I called back. They were able to fit me in two days later.Then actually showed up early, and did a really great job. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Vladim was truly fantastic—honest, communicative, and incredibly courteous. I can’t say enough positive things about him. He did an amazing job, and our carpets and upholstery look and feel brand new. The house smells great too which is a wonderful added bonus.

I sent a request for quote at 11:00 AM and they were able to have someone at my house, same day, by 1:30 PM. They are incredibly responsive and do great work. I’ve used them twice. Once before welcoming a baby home (where they cleaned both carpets and furniture) and once before moving out. It looked so good our HOA even had them do the hallway staircases. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good service for an affordable rate.

I am 80 years old and the time had come to sell my house. After my children took the things with priceless memories for them and for me, and furnishings they could use, there remained a daunting amount of clutter to clean out! So I engaged 312 Janitorial to come and do their best --- and their best was even better than I had thought possible.

Led by two young men, Warren and Luis, the 322 team made intelligent decisions about which things to donate, which to place are street side for our town's spring cleanup day, which to take to my small nearby storage unit, which to truck to the home of one of my daughters, and which to discard in, eventually, three Dumpsters. They even identified several things of obvious sentimental value which they entrusted to a neighbor to hold for me.

They left every room, and the yard, in "broom clean" condition. Well, maybe the yard was "rske clean". They knew the project had a deadline and made sure to meet it. They kept in touch with me, reported their progress, and asked for my advice when necessary.

In short, they were capable, reliable, and creative when taking on a large and unusual job.

I recommend them highly.

Alex did a wonderful job power washing our bluestone patio and sidewalk, as well as washing all our windows/screens. He is extremely thorough and detail oriented which we appreciated with our old home/intricate windows. He is punctual, responsive and is extremely hard working.
