I’ve used Carpet Cleaning Group a ton over the years and they always come through. I have a dog so annual couch and rug cleanings are important. Friendly, flexible staff and great results always! I can’t recommend them highly enough (Especially good service with Zach and Oleg who dealt with pickup and drop off of our oriental rug last week- I wasn’t home and said I’d leave the porch open but forgot. They were totally understanding and came back the next day)

Their crews and technicians are very honest and knowledgeable about any stains. They even got a paint spill out of our area rug that we thought was permanent.

Extremely accommodating and professional! They came and picked up a very large and heavy wool area rug and cleaned it in a week and returned it to the exact spot in the house and it looked brand new! I have dogs and teenage boys and rug was super dirty. Now it looks and smells brand new. I will use again and recommend to everyone

We got our 30+ year old Turkish area rug cleaned, and it looks great. The color of the carpet is revived and fringe looks good. The pickup and drop off service was convenient. Our technicians Jose and Oleg were friendly and polite, they even helped us move our living room furniture to place the carpet back where we wanted it during the drop off.

We dropped off 2 of our area rugs and they did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing them. The guys in the shop were very attentive and friendly. We'd definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

Carpet Cleaning Group's pickup and delivery service is excellent. They move the furniture when picking up and replace it on deliveries. Our oriental rugs were cleaned much better than the last service we used. Delivery came sooner than expected. I will be using them in the future.

From the first time that I called Carpet Cleaning Group, to the day that I picked up my rugs. The service was outstanding. One of the persons who answers the phone, Maria, is polite, helpful, efficient, and reliable. When she says she will contact you she does. The Niles store on Milwaukee is a small but efficient operation. It is nice that the atmosphere there is one of a small business. I brought in three small rugs for cleaning. Oleg and Mike were very friendly and helpful. The rugs were ready in less than the time first suggested. Oleg and Mike did a superb job of restoring the rugs to their former beautiful state. Rug colors and fringes look great. The pricing was much lower than other places I checked with. I understand that for larger rugs they can pick up and deliver. I highly recommend CCG.

I have used this company four times now, I think. Three or four. Either way, I come back every time my old carpets need to be cleaned or repaired. The fabulous team does everything you need to help your carpets age gracefully. I have a very old rug that I’ve been dragging around for years, and these guys have helped me maintain it through a moth infestation and many pets and kids, extending its life years past expectancy.

The delivery and pick up crew are so polite and respectful. The entire experience for me has been five full stars every single time.

CCG has once again exceeded my expectations. An ancient carpet clean as a whistle! Another fantastic delivery from Oleg and his crew. Tip them well! They are considerate, respectful, and prompt. They always arrive within the window of time. They’re just great, and I can’t say it enough.

We were dealing with a possible moth infestation, and the team at Oriental Rug Cleaning Chicago came on short notice, picked up ALL of our rugs and pads, and cleaned them to perfection. Mike and Oleg did all of the heavy lifting and placed everyything back just as they found it. Thank you!

Had three oriental area rugs with cat urine smell cleaned and they came out great. Great service. Now working on a fourth area rug which need patching. Will report on that when finished.

Wonderful service! Prompt Communication! The carpets were cleaned beautifully and our Persian rugs came back looking amazing too, and all at a fair price!!! German and Oleg (all the techs by name please, I just don't have my papers with me!) were professional and patient and helped my mom move furniture that was too heavy for her.
