I used this cleaning service because I was sick and I needed the help. They sent out Jeffrey and he was GREAT! He went above and beyond, he was also very professional. I would highly suggest requesting him for a job. You will not be disappointed. I will use this service again!

Shaquille did a very nice job. With my mom coming in town to visit, I was looking for top-notch service, and I was very pleased with the result. Additionally, the business’ ability to find someone of such high-quality on short notice was perfect. Very thankful to have found Express 24 Clean and to have had Shaquille help!

Martina and Carrie were friendly & personable and clean the major rooms as asked. We are living in an old house and things acummulated after numerous roommates. Our place looked 100× better considering what it looked like before!

I was very upset with how much I paid for such a terrible cleaning job. I specifically asked for base boards to be cleaned, cob webs and dust on top of my fans to be cleaned but all I got was the base of my windows cleaned and sub-par cleaning everywhere else. It was an empty house, I paid way too much for cleaning my 6 year old could have done. I’m 7 months pregnant and having go behind her a clean because I’m finding cob webs with spiders on the windows, dust and dirt everywhere. My husband said it was only one cleaning lady and all she had was a small cleaning caddy with her. I see now why I got a discount but even with the discount I paid too much for what little I got. Who do I call in this area to get a real service with real supplies?

I would highly recommend this company for cleaning services. Kerri Malone and Balwinder Singh were really friendly, very helpful!! They did a great job with the move-out clean. Kerri cleaned out stains I didn’t think would even budge. Balwinder made the oven look like new. Everything looked great!! Worth every penny!!

It's hard to believe these guys are in the cleaning business. I had to tell the 2 people to reclean our apartment twice and even after that, they did a poor job. These guys came with no vacuum and we have a dog that sheds. Apartment was left with dog hair all over our rugs and couches.

Avoid this company and hire someone else. There is a lot better out there. This had to be the worse experience I've had.

They have always done a great job! The cleaners are polite, quick, and accommodating to my needs. Our house always looks amazing when they leave.

I booked these people for a cleaning 🧼 no one responded to me after the booking I than canceled because I felt sketched out, bro why did the girl show up to my apartment anyway, I get a call from the other cleaning service I hired and they said there’s someone there. I was so confused I called I texted no one is responding right. So I start to rush home the service finally calls me because i said I’m calling the police to say they didn’t even know the girl was there. When I get there I tell her she had to leave because I canceled the appointment and she should not even be here she process to mop my hard wood floor with a wet mop. Like anyone knows water ruins wood. I look at my wood table there is a wet micro cloth leaving water stain on the wood (will leave pic) and than she is arguing with me about leaving saying you can go I’m going to leave like no women leaveeeeeee this was so awful seriously.

I will definitely recommend Express24Clean to my family and friends. I called for a deep clean at the last minute and the owner Nicole immediately provided me with service. The cleaners were very detailed and left my home clean and smelling amazing. I will be using them in the future for sure.

I would give 0 stars. I was charged $300 to clean an empty apartment that I was subleasing. The mold was left in the bathroom in the apartment, while the beer and pop in the refrigerator was taken. The previous tenant left a $30 gift card on the counter which was also taken by the cleaner. For a $300 cleaning in an empty apartment I would expect a great job. This was subpar at best.

My cleaner was Kisha in Roswell. She called to say she was on the way and was VERY professional. She pick up the key from the complex and completed her tasks as I requested. I have not had my walk thru with the complex yet but I am sure her work will be spotless. Kisha was GREAT and I would not hesitate to use her again and recommend her to anyone seeking this type of work.

I never write reviews because I simply don’t have the time. That’s why I hired a cleaner because I simply didn’t have the time to clean. I have a one year old that takes up most of my time and I also work 5 days a week at my job.. Let me tell you about my experience... I had work this day so my husband staye day home with our son. He was home the whole time the cleaning was done so he saw everything that went on. Two people came into my small 900 Aw ft apt. I was told they would spend 4 hours each. I figured 4 hours for each person would be enough time to put my sons toys away in his toy box, clean his high chair. Etc. I wrote a note for the cleaners if they had extra time to please clean my toddlers high chair and organize + do the dishes. They told me they don’t organize, they don’t clean the fridge they don’t fold cloths, they don’t fold clothes. So what exactly does a cleaning service do? Oh yeah and they won’t wash any of your dishes. I just got off of a 5 hour shift to find my apartment in the same state that I left it. But I was out $400. One of the two ppl that were supposed to clean walked out on the job because she was mad at my list. She said “ I don’t organize I just clean” So that means she wasn’t going to pick up a jungle toy of my sons that was in his room and put it away. It’s not part of her job. I have a 3 bedroom apt they didn’t clean ANY of the bedrooms. None of the beds were made, nothing cleaned in any of our rooms. The only thing that was done was the kitchen & the living space , and even that was done terribly. I never waste my time wrong reviews so believe me when I tell you EXPRESS 24 Hour clean struck a nerve with me because after I got home I had to do all the cleaning myself. And I cleaned the fridge it literally took me 10 mins I barely had anything in the fridge .. but if I wanted them to do it it would be an additional 50$.. on top of the 490$ I already paid. Horrible service. The one cleaner quit on the spot and my place isn’t even that messy. I swear. I just wanted her to put my sons toys away because as a mom I just needed a little extra help. And that didn’t happen. Nothing that I asked them to do got done. I was refunded but still paid 150 for the persons time. Even though it was not clean!! The guy didn’t even have any supplies. All he had was a mop. They charged me for. A 3 bedroom yet they didn’t clean any of the rooms. Save yourself some money and just clean your own place or find a different service.. express 24 does not clean your home. They wipe down counters and mop, that’s all they do. You are better off just doing that yourself. Horrible horrible horrible never using. This place Again. Don’t make the same mistake I did. If you want something done right, do it yourself.. I guess. Sad.

Chyna, Tracie and Poit did an amazing job cleaning one of my 1900sq ft units. The cabinets, baseboards, refrigerator, etc. were immaculately cleaned. They were all on time, professional, kind and courteous. I highly recommend them for any cleaning job.

Kaylan did such an amazing job with cleaning my area rug. I am so pleased with Express 24 Clean Services. They are very professional, quick to respond and setting appointments. Nice cleaners but definitely didn’t have a clue as to what they were really doing. I had to show them how to clean microwave & oven. They also used some of my supplies. I have been putting things together and have found they have skipped quite a few things. They also left a couple of things behind as well. I called & the owner was speaking over NOT professional & REMEMBER the customer is always right! To tell me how this and that isn’t an excuse as to why you would send new employee to a tough job they have no experience with in the first place. It was a $400 job but clearly was not even close to getting a “deep clean”. I am putting things away & cleaning. My phone died as I was speaking to owner tried to call back a few times when phone turned back on & no answer. So unprofessional as to I not even receiving a call back/voicemail left to even make sure the client is satisfied. It was very unpleasant to have to deal with such ignorance. My advice is to LISTEN to the customer & don’t speak over, send out experienced cleaners to a deep clean job or at least have someone supervising them on what to do while on job. Well I gotta get back to cleaning what was supposed to have been cleaned yesterday SMH!

Super super disappointed experience.

See what’s left in my apartment after I paid $130 for a 3 hour cleaning. She left after 90mins. Even I mentioned multiple times when I made the appointment that I wanted cleaner to wear mask since I am pregnant.

But she wore her mask under her nose the whole time! I can’t help but judge this agency. Buyers beware.

Very poor quality work. Corners were not cleaned well, dog hair and dust was still there.
Mirrors were not touched at all.
Kitchen island wasn’t cleaned well.
I also cleaned floor and other missed areas myself after this service. See the picture of my mop after I cleaned the floor.
I was offered a discount for the next cleaning. But who would want this kind of service back?

Kemah and Luis came to do a deep clean of my 3 bedroom apartment and they did an excellent job!! I am myself a neat freak and very hard to please when it comes to cleaning so if anyone can clean better than me, I consider them to be beyond perfect. These two were thorough and diligent. Thank you. Definitely need to have you guys come clean regularly for me.

I had a move in deep clean. There was no furniture so I asked them to do floors, baseboards, walls since there was tons of dust and spider webs, and kitchen. I was told I was paying for an 8-10 hour clean. Then the receipt said 6 hour clean. They were there for 2 hours and all they did was mop, bathroom with weak cleaning products, and kitchen counters. They didn’t even clean the fridge and there was still dust all over the walls. It was NOT a $350 clean.

We purchased the move-in service and were really impressed with how thorough they were, most especially with the refrigerator which was previously pretty dirty. Everything smelled amazing and I could tell they really focused on details. It made our move-in experience SO much easier to be able to move things right in and not have to clean first. I highly recommend this company.
