Made an appointment for them to clean my home. They charge my credit card the full amount. The day they were to arrive no show no call. After 4 1/2 hours of calling someone one finally answered. Apologized, wanted to make it right set appointment up for the next morning. Received a call an hour before they were to arrive, won’t make it the cleaner had daycare issues. Did not reschedule asked for a refund. I understand childcare issues happen. If they had showed up the day before or answered their phones the day of the appointment I would not have had to worry about the next day. Very disappointed

So neat is wonderful. They are on time, very communicative and have taken the time to learn our pet's names. I highly recommend so neat if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy cleaning service

They have an amazing service! I can't clean my house because I work all day long. A friend recommend it and I think it was the best decision. They were very careful with my stuff and cleaned also places that were very difficult. I will invest again in their services!

Jeffrey did the cleaning and he was AMAZING! He did such a great job for my move out clean. My lights had already had gotten cut by COMED so he had to do the entire thing in the DARK!!! Definitely request him :). It was very easy to book and they were able to get it scheduled within 24 hours as well.

Upon closer inspection, I find so much that the two young men forgot to do. They made the bed but there is so much of the Deep Cleaning that did not happen. After they came down stairs saying they just had to vacuum up there, I did tell them I had another appointment and needed to leave by 3:10pm. One told be they would be finished well before that time. The window sills are still dust covered. The sliding glass door window was not touched. There was grime in the bath tuned and shower in both bathrooms. There was so much of the floor and baseboards not touched. The family room floor was half mopped and the other half still has dirt and dog prints. They were super friendly fellows but need to dig quite a bit deeper when doing a Deep Cleaning appointment.
I was really thinking about having them as regulars, but not after looking closer at there work.

Luis and Kaylon were absolutely terrific! They called and asked if they could show up a little early which I gladly welcomed. My house is so clean and beautiful now as well. I am currently unable to walk properly or clean, so I looked into this service and they are so kind and affordable. Will definitely re use and recommend to my family and friends!

RIP OFFFFF!!!! Don’t use this service! After paying $336, only 1 person showed up instead of 2. I was told it would take 8 hours to thoroughly clean a small 3 bedroom house. The lady left after 3 hours without completing the job. When I asked about why she had not cleaned everything she said “I did what I could do with what I had” - what a joke! Now I am unable to get through to the company. They took my money and didn’t come close to delivering on the contract. Will definitely not recommend this company.

I booked a new move in clean with Neesha. When the cleaner called in sick, she took matters into her own hands and went to do the clean herself. Called me while she was there and sent lots of pictures of the amazing job she did. My place has probably never been this clean.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!! I scheduled a MOVE OUT CLEAN with this business for yesterday. It was asked and assured that all surfaces would be cleaned including baseboards, fridge, bathroom, oven, floors swept and mopped, windows, glass, etc and I paid upfront. Only the bathrooms and fridge were decently cleaned, everything else was barely touched. I requested the cleaning crew to have someone else come out since they claimed they were overdue for another appointment. When I attempted to contact the company all calls went straight to voicemail or did not go through. I have yet to be contacted to rectify the situation and I have reported this company to the BBB.

I paid $400 for a moving clean and definitely didn’t get the service I paid for. My small house was empty so I expected a through clean for $400. They did clean most the kitchen, the floors, and bathroom.

What they didn’t do was clean any of the windows, half of the blinds were not, the baseboards were still dirty, all the light fixtures were still dirty, and on top of the microwave was absolutely disgusting.

Definitely feel like I got ripped off and will never use this company again. Stay away!

Eddie and Sydney did an incredible job cleaning our home. We have a newborn so had gotten a bit behind and sincerely appreciated their detail orientation and thoroughness. Eddie was very caring and made sure I was satisfied with each room before they moved on. We would highly recommend!

Jasmine was professional, clean, and very time efficient. She cleaned my large apartment and two bathrooms all in time. She was good with my cats and very friendly. I would recommend her and ask her to come back any time!

My first experience with Express24Clean wasn't so great, but they were amazing about following up and sending someone else to re-clean our place! Balwinder did an excellent job cleaning our apartment and focused on the areas that I asked him to make a priority. He followed up with photos to make sure that I was happy with the cleaning, and everything looks great.

Express24Clean communication is great right from the start. The cleaning crew contacts you on the day of cleaning and if there are any areas for some extra care/attention, they are on it. The cleaning is always thorough and detailed ( and if you report any area missed by mistake, they are right back to correct). Always glad to come home to see a home sparkle!

Everyone I have dealt with over the last year has been nice, professional. I will continue to use their services.

Owner promised move in clean and carpet wash on wednesday 11 - 3. Cleaners showed up at 12:30. Masha did a good job cleaning the carpet. Other cleaner was “cleaning” the laminated floor for 2 hrs which was still extremely horrible. At 3:30, they said that they have another appointment and left with the promise to come back at 7:30 to complete the rest. Now they go into complete radio silence for 1.5 days, they don’t answer the call / message. We had movers planned for Thursday and had to move in to a dirty place. On Thursday night some new lady called and said they can send the cleaners on Friday only for an hour. I asked to send someone who will clean, and not just to pretend. Enter Jeffrey n Masha. Jeffery did a very good job with our kitchen. He was really good with some of the tough stains. They stayed for around 2 hrs this time to make sure they cover as much as they could. Compared to what was promised n what was delivered, I would say around 75% was delivered. Since most of the stuff was occupying a lot of space, everything could not be cleaned.

3 stars are for the good job Masha did with carpet and for extremely good job Jeffery did with the tough stains in kitchen. Jefferey challenges you to show the stains so he could clean them. Ask only for them. Owner could use some ethics.

At first I was concerned that only one person was sent as the company told me they’d be sending two people for a light post home renovation clean with a higher powered vacuum that could collect dust. The person they sent, Jasmine, was amazing. She was communicative, friendly, professional, and paid close to attention to detail. If you use this company in Chicago, ask for Jasmine!

Buyer Beware! I booked 3 man-hours of cleaning service, and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in the service received. Although the cleaner showed up on time, and had a pleasant personality, I did not at all receive what I paid for.

When she arrived, I walked her through the unit and explained to her that we are hosting Easter, so the most important areas to focus on are the common areas - the kitchen and living room. I explained that we already swiffered for her, straightened up, and cleaned the bathrooms, so if she could just mop the floors, wipe down appliances, coffee table, and then if she has time to please vacuum the rugs. I then took her to our master bedroom/bathroom and told her these rooms were already pretty clean as well, but if she wanted to mop the floor and dust there as well that would be great. She said that she would start in the bedroom/bathroom (I figured she said this because it would be quick).

I headed back in to the living room to leave her be - 2 hours later she still had not come out of the bedroom/bathroom! I have no idea what she was doing in there for 2 hours. I finally checked in and asked how everything was going. She said she was almost done. Another 30 minutes went by and she finally came out and said she would start on the kitchen/living room. Since I had made it 100% clear that the most important areas of the house were the kitchen/living room, I figured this meant that she would just stay longer to finish these rooms. There is no way that what I blatantly asked for and paid for would be completely disregarded. Yet it was. She said she would not have time to do anything I asked, except for mop the floor. I asked if she could at the very least wipe down the range as it was the only thing in the house that really needed to be cleaned. She said sure.

Once again I walked back into another room to let her work. 30 minutes later she said she had finished and left. When I looked at the range I saw that it hadn't been touched. All she did in the common areas was mop the floors and spray air freshener. When I went to go look at the bedroom and bathroom, I noticed that our shower had been DAMAGED. The sealant strip on our steam shower had been ripped off. This is a brand new construction unit, and the shower was definitely not damaged prior to this service. It's very disappointing that I paid money to #1, not receive the service I requested, and #2, end up with damage to my home that I now need to repair.

I reached out to Express24 TWICE to explain my disappointment, and attach pictures of the damage and state the house was left in. I wanted to give them a chance to make things right, or at the very least apologize. I did not even get a response. Clearly this company does not stand behind their service, care about their customers, or the future success of their business.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:
After posting this review, the business owner did contact me. We spoke and she offered to send the cleaner back to fix all the issues that were not initially addressed. She also offered to cover the damage to the shower. The same cleaner came back the following weekend, and did a wonderful job. I wish this could have been the experience the first time as we would have been very happy with the service. I appreciate the business owner making things right!

After a issue with scheduling with the ‘so-clean’ website and thus a week delay, Jasmine came to my apartment and wow. Worth the wait. She was Freindly on time and did not mind my 3 cats. She did an amazing job. Highlights are my bathroom and kitchen sparkled. My oven shined and well most importantly she was friendly and I would highly recommend.

I requested a move in cleaning since the person living here before us didn’t keep up with the home. They said they’d clean it all. They did not. It barely looks like. I seems they wiped down the showers lightly and mopped. I had to ask them 2x to vacuum the carpeted areas. And even then it’s bad. The cabinets are filthy and so are the window sills. There is a closet that wasn’t even touched. I had another cleaning company come in right after and she couldn’t believe that they left the home looking like this for the price we paid. Now they refused to refund us any money

In case you were wondering these photos were taken AFTER my deep cleaning service was complete, it took Charles 4 hours to do absolutly nothing. Other than the floor he told me he washed 4 times and that I shouldn't walk through to check the job because the floor was wet I let him go. Once the floor dried I was in complete shock at the dirt and dust left behind. He did not dust or clean anything, it was a complete disappointment.
When I called So Neat they told me Charles thought he did a good job, he did not. I was also told that there were areas he could not reach, and because the cleaners take public transportation they do not carry a step stool or vacuum and I needed to provide them (Charles rolled up in a beautiful MAZARADI!). I was not told this when I booked the appointment, or I would have provided it. They agreed to have a second person come back and complete the job, and again it was unsatisfactory for a deep cleaning service. I called the main line of so neat to let them know and I was hung up on 7 times. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN New York.
This was the biggest waste of money and disappointing to say the least. I am in the process of disputing the $225 charge.
