I scheduled a deep cleaning with ODCS on New Year's Eve, and Brandi completed the service. She was very professional, kind, and accommodating, especially since I had a lot going on in my space that day. Prior to the appointment, I asked for clarification on the differences between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning, and those details were shared with me.
Based on that information, I chose the deep cleaning option, which included items such as cleaning the inside of the microwave and removing soap scum and buildup. Overall, the cleaning looked good after a quick walkthrough. Later, a couple of items listed under the deep cleaning (soap scum on the shower head and the inside of the microwave) appeared to have been missed. While it wasn't a major issue, I did want to note it. I appreciated the service overall and would be interested in their organizing services in the near future.

Also, thumbtack review should have been 5 stars! I couldn’t update it at all. I looked everywhere to change it.

I thank God for Ms. Brandi heart. She is kind and considerate and willing to meet you right where you are. She is God fearing, she will hold you accountable in doing your part.

Chicago Clea home did a great job cleaning my very dirty apartment. It ended up costing a bit more than their estimate but I felt the estimate was low to begin with so no problem there. My only issue was that there communication skills were not great. I would use again.
