We did a deep clean yesterday with Marioara and Stefan. Both were incredibly kind & respectful and wasted no time getting to work and going above and beyond on the job. We were extremely happy with the end product - they made sure to dust/scrub/vacuum all the crevices (under the bed, in the laundry room, moving furniture that hasn't been there in a while, hand washing base boards). I stayed during the service and they were super amenable to me and my dog staying out of their way but being able to be in unit. We've tried out a few services recently and were mostly likely to stick with this company for a monthly clean now that we established a baseline if we can get Marioara and Stefan every time!

We have hired Chicago Clean Home twice now (a deep clean and standard) and will absolutely be returning. Stefan and Mary did an incredible job. They are fast, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Hired for a move-in clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and professional. They rushed through the job in a hurry. High touch areas were cleaned very well, but the advertised move-in checklist was not fully completed, and smaller areas were missed. If you pay with card, the cleaning staff does not get to keep tips. If you are looking for a meticulous cleaner with the highest cleanliness standards, look elsewhere.

Oh my goodness, Chicago Clean Home is such an amazing service! We hired them for a move out clean and they were communicative, efficient and did an absolutely phenomenal job with cleaning. We were so impressed with how spotless our unit was, even after two years of living there with a cat and a small child. We will be repeat customers for sure!

I had Chicago Clean Home out to do a deep clean of my house. They did a great job, very thorough and also very fast! They cleaned all 3 floors in about 3 hours. I'm planning to set up a monthly schedule with them because I'm so pleased with how everything turned out!

Chicago Clean Home are the best home cleaners that I have ever hired! I first used the team back in 2016 to complete a deep 'move in' cleaning of which they did an incredible job. I then hired them to clean my home on a bi-weekly basis, now moved to weekly and they have been with me for 7+ years! I have recommended them to over 10 clients including my parents who use them as well and remain very, very pleased. The quality of cleaning is top notch, the supplies are of high quality and the team are very polite, friendly, professional and responsive. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Chicago Clean Home is not a great or even a good company to hire for home cleaning services. Although the staff that is cleaning are friendly and they deliver with just so so cleaning services. The onsite cleaning staff is the only reason that I am giving them even two stars versus one or preferably no stars in my review as they seem like decent people.

The company, its managment and owners are really aweful to interact with. From the they are extremely disorganized and they rip off their customers. It appears that they tell the cleaning teams to get in and get out as fast as possible. This results in poor cleaning efforts results but the company charging the same amount. With the team of two cleaners coming biweekly and the last time they cleaned for me they were only onsite for less than 1 hour total so I was being charged 75$ and hour per cleaner to clean my house. Which is well more that twice the standard local rate that I have payed other companies and independent contractors in the past. After telling me they were completed I had to ask them to clean more and better multiple times and on each occasion the company managment was combative and not willing to have their team perform the work or discount the service. Additionally I was told from the beginning that the same team leader would be cleaning my home each time but in the handful of times I was home there was totally different people entering my home.

Overall Chicago Clean Home’s ownership and management is awful from the customer perspective and I really feel kinda bad for the poor employee that have to lie to customers and steal from them with reduced service time provided clearly at the direction of the greedy and crooked ownership management. Don’t hire this company unless you want to be overcharge and underwhelmed with the service they provide.

PS - As a follow up to your response, it’s necessary to state that I did not disrespect your staff as you state and I guarantee your statement about your employees is completely false. At your staffs request I looked over the cleaning results and I pointed out what they did not clean. Then I asked them to leave my house and showed them the door, as I had made up my mind that I was no longer going to use there company. I told them both before they left that my decision to the end the use of Chicago Clean Home was based off of the poor management and not them as individuals. I told them to have a good day and they did the same. Perhaps they are embarrassed or ashamed they have to work for your company that requires them to do the bare minimum and overcharge customers while using semantics such as “we don’t charge by the hour”. If your potential customers want to hear the truth, I am now going to add some FACTS about horrible things I put up with from your company:

1- During a previous cleaning your team failed to lock my front door leaving my home open and unsecured for hours before we arrived home. We live IN THE CITY!

2- Multiple times we came home after your cleaning services to our kitchen counter covered with a white paste that we had to clean again each time.

3- Even thought at original time of booking I clearly told your management how to access the house, I still received a multiple and frantic calls and text messages from them often interrupt me in meeting and business events to ask me what the code to the lock box was. This only ended when I told them if they don’t write it down and make an effort to communicate this for the cleaners that I was finding another service.

3- I had told both CCH managment and cleaner teams to throw MY trash in our garbage can. It turns out they have not been doing what I asked and they admitted to me when I asked where MY trash was being taken that they just threw it away in our alley trash roll off that belongs to a neighboring building!

I've used them for over 2 years now and never had any complaints. They're very thorough and hassle-free. Had them do move-in cleaning today and they helped me clean behind appliances too (I moved the appliances, but they were able to reach the nooks and corners). Highly recommend.

Scheduling was easy. Our team (Stefan, Marioara, and Carmen) arrived exactly when they said they would and were very efficient with tackling our place. They walked through the place with us at the end and confirmed everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend working with them!

I have been relying on Chicago Clean Home’s services since around 2018, off and on. They are absolutely incredible. They are friendly, kind to my dogs, and do a beautiful job. There was one time I wasn’t happy with my service, and they did absolutely everything to fix the issue. They are reasonably priced and reliable. I wanted to take time make a recommendation because of the great service. I have been using Chicago Clean Home since October 2024 and after each cleaning I am still amazed at the level of cleanliness they do. When I get home my apartment is spotless from top to bottom and smells great! On top of that my bed is always made, kitchen and bathroom organized, and my trash taken out no matter how many bags I have out.

One of the most important things to me is customer service and they are so perfect it this category. They have a new innovative client portal system where they have your cleanings scheduled and sends you alerts days before they are coming. Also you use this for paying for the service. They also send you a text the day of letting you know the exact time frame they will arrive. And I can text the company anytime and they almost always respond immediately.

The vital part to me is I can totally trust them. Being that I am a professional and work a lot I gave them a key card to my apartment. I have never had to be at my apartment, never even seen them, and always leave valuables and important items out and never think a things about it.

To me Clean Home Chicago is like having family again.
