They arrived on time. And they did a really good job deep cleaning my 1 bed 1 bath apartment for move out. I would recommend them.

The Cleaning services were subpar. The cleaning lady was nice and on time but she only had a bookbag with her with limited off brand supplies. She also didn't have a bucket to mop with she kept wringing the mop out in the sink after each use very unsanitary. Very subpar basic cleaning and missed areas in the apt which shouldn't have been missed since the Apt was completely empty.

I requested Morfin’s move in cleaning service to deep clean my 900 sqft 2 bedroom in Wicker Park before I started moving in. The unit was unfurnished and not that dirty, it just needed to be dusted, appliances wiped down etc. I’ve attached pictures, upon return I discovered that very little was done. That crud on my hand was what came off the counter after running my hand across my kitchen counter. There’s so much dust on the fans I don’t think it’s they’ve been dusted in a year. There was dust and grime on a lot of other random surfaces and the floors were not swept. I paid a good amount for this service and had high hopes based on the reviews. They offered to come back and re-do things but I didn’t have the time or energy to sit there and nitpick every little thing that needed to be done and for the price I felt that I shouldn’t have to. Pictures of the after attached, not much different than the before. I gave two stars instead of one bc they were very accommodating with scheduling but now I wish I just did it myself.

Very unreliable and disappointing. I made the appointment 10 days ago and I cleared up my schedule for the cleaning service and they called me less than an hour before the service and canceled it. They charge $60 for cancellation within 24 hours for customers but they cancel it so easily for the other side. I ruined my schedule but then there wasn't any proper actions to correct it.

Our cleaner was very nice and polite, but unfortunately, her clean was sub-par.
She seemed to focus more time on the minute details than the overall clean, which caused her to go over time and miss glaring details like vacuuming the couch, wiping down the stovetop, etc.

Because we had to go over the work once she left, we'd likely request a different cleaner next time.

I used Morfin cleaning services for the first time this past weekend. I was pleased with the results, however, I was left a little bit confused. I don't know if they only use water to clean because there was no reminiscent smell of any type of cleaner or disinfectant. Also, I was disappointed that they cleaned the bathtub, but not the tile walls surrounding the tub. I was told that 2 people would arrive to clean, but only one person did and towards the end she rushed out for her next appointment. I feel the need to clean the surfaces again with a disinfectant since I'm not sure if there was one used. My apartment looked clean, but it didn't smell clean.

Cleaners are normally unreliable, do a lazy job and are generally not friendly. Morfin overachieves all of these. Of all the cleaning services in Chicago (and I have done a bunch) Morfin should not even be in the same sentence. My condo is cleaner today than the day I bought it, she finished 30 minutes early but did extra work to fill the 30 minutes and was extremely friendly and accomodating. No need to look any further book Morfin!
