René was thorough, efficient, and super knowledgeable! He very kindly answered all my questions (I learned a ton about how to care for different fabrics) and he was nice to my dogs! That last part isn’t necessary, but it made the whole experience extra lovely! Highly recommend! (Also they were able to schedule me in extra fast!)
