Love whenever Juanita comes to our house. She meticulously cleans each room and she is always so nice to our baby and pup. Our house is never as clean as when Juanita comes over- would highly recommend maidpro!

MaidPro is great. Markita C. recently cleaned my home and did a wonderful job. She had impeccable attention to detail and our house was gleaming. She also has a wonderful and friendly personality. I highly recommend Markita!

Juanita was lovely. She worked her butt off for 4 hours (first time clean at my apartment) and it definitely showed!!! Her attention to detail is great as well as her attitude.

Jimesa Rodriguez did a fantastic job on my apartment! She was friendly and respectful of my things and very thorough. I would recommend her highly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly disappointed. Moving into a new home with no furniture, etc. Described the homes SF and situation (because no furniture, etc - we just want the home cleaned and cleaned well (windows, appliances, floors, etc.)).

I thought we were on the same page after the first phone call. Apparently information wasn't relayed well. Maid didn't know the address and then after 1 hour of "cleaning", the rep sent a message that she had to leave and wouldn't return my phone call until later. First sign of trouble but whatever, we just want the house cleaned. We arrange to have the situation rectified and we were told their best cleaners would be returning.

I can't stress enough that this is an empty house. We just closed on it. I told the SF and what was going on in the house (1st w/ basement, etc.). Then after the 2nd cleaning happens we're presented with a checklist of what was cleaned and not only is it flat out wrong (towels folded, upholstery vacuumed, furniture dusted) some things that were checked were not even done properly.

For example, hardwood floors vaccumed and/or washed. Flat out wrong. There was random spots with crumbs, dust, etc. (crumbs, dist, etc.). Ceiling fan dusted - again, false. I literally ran my fingers over the blades and dust was everywhere. Blinds dust - false again. There was dust on plenty of blinds and one blind I opened and literally dust blew out. Why the hit/miss work? We didn't pay to have the house 70-90% cleaned. We paid to have the house clean. Period.

We requested what I would say is a simple job. Just clean an empty home. And we were met with nothing but disappointment.

It's just disappointing with everything that happened and the end results weren't even great/complete.

I would not recommend anyone use this service.

Oh also, the lights were left on, inside the home and on the front porch. So if you use them, be prepared to lose money there -_-.

Maira and her team have been exceptional! We’ve had their help for about 8 months now and our house is deceptively difficult to clean and they are meticulous every time. They’ve accommodated our requests on timing, special tasks, and are just so lovely and sweet everytime they come around. Grateful for their service and look forward to being long time customers.

Daisy and Latonya did a wonderful job with my first cleaning! The whole experience was fast and professional and their communication was excellent.

Specifically, Mayra & Juanita are phenomenal! Mayra has been our Pro for awhile and is always super kind, thorough, thoughtful, and efficient.

Mayra was awesome. With my first cleaning she was very kind explaining everything they could do for me and asking if I had any particular areas of focus for her. She was great and said everyone at the office is wonderful. You can tell she enjoys her job and the company she works for which plays into the performance of her work.

We had a deep clean of our entire house that we just closed on and were preparing to move into. We had Juanita Cresp, Charlene, and Maura and they did an amazing job. They were on time, polite, and left the place better than we could have imagined. I highly recommend both this service and crew for any and all of your cleaning needs!

Maria did a fantastic job on deep cleaning my place. I had to unexpectedly say bye to my senior pup the week before and I didn’t have it in me to vacuum up the fur she left behind. Maria was kind and professional!

I hired Val’s services cleaning for a move in clean. I am happy I did. The cleaners were professional and respectful and on time. They asked prior to starting if there was an area I would like them to clean a specific way, they walked through the house prior to starting to make sure I understood what was in the package. I highly recommend using Val’s services cleaning. They left my house in an amazing condition. They cleaned the window sills, each cabinet in the kitchen, counter tops, oven, and fridge. They were very detailed oriented especially around delicate fixtures. Over all I will definitely use them again for quarterly cleanings.

Angelica was absolutely amazing. Thorough, every nook and cranny was cleaned and she left the place spotless. Very friendly. I would use her (and Val’s) 10 out of 10 times. Definitely recommend Angelica to everyone!

I really appreciated the communication from Val’s Services upfront, and the cleaning technician did an amazing job on our cat hair ridden apartment. The stove, bathroom sink, and tub looked brand new, better than when we moved in. We will definitely be repeat customers, especially with how reasonable the pricing is.

Maria and Yesi from Val’s did an incredible job. They were on time and worked meticulously, without sacrificing quality. For me, the cost of Val’s services were an investment, but what Maria and Yesi delivered was worth every penny. I would absolutely work with them again.
