Chicago’s Best Carpet & Upholstery cleaned a sectional that I was gifted in August of 2023, and they did a wonderful job. Before I had my couch cleaned by them, I was absolutely lost trying to figure out how to remove cat hair and other pet stains from the sectional, but when Rene got here, he knew exactly what to do. 10/10 would recommend.

Chicago’s Best is wonderful! My parents recommended them to us and they did an amazing job on our area rugs and several carpeted rooms and staircases that truly needed a deep clean. They spent extra time cleaning high traffic areas and pet stains, and our whole house looks and smells amazing. Dorsey from MaidPro has come every other week to clean our condo for almost a year and a half. They provide great service at competitive prices. They are always responsive and are great about reminders, letting you know in advance if there is a necessary schedule change, and are very accommodating when you need to change your date of service. This is the third MaidPro location I've used, as I've moved a couple of times, and I wouldn't use any other company for maid service.

If you're tired of coming home to a somewhat clean house or wondering if your maid is going to show up ever let alone on time call MaidPro. You've probably already dealt with no shows, weirdos eyeballing your stuff and people who have no idea what they're doing sort of cleaning your home. For the same price you can get cleaning off your plate and trust that it will be done well every week (let's be honest once a month isn't getting it off your plate.) If it isn't right they actually fix it!! I tried half a dozen before finding wonderful Vickie at MaidPro who hooked me up with Monique who is the real deal, does great work and works fast. I love these people!

Kiesha has now cleaned our home twice and it was night & day. Absolutely worth the twice monthly especially if you are a professional in the city even just working from home. Consistently impressed by their cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom areas and how they scrub the carpets and mop the hardwood and granite in other areas. Cleaners are on time, professional and courteous and thourough.

The service pro was EARLY (that was good), worked for exactly the time we prepaid for, and did a great job all over. She cleaned things we never thought to clean when doing it ourselves. Kiara was excellent and we greatly appreciate Kiara's very through job.

Jessenia Rodriguez was my service provider; she was timely, respectful, diligent, personable and professional! She also did a superb job cleaning my place, from top to bottom, and I know my wife will be incredibly pleased when she returns from her trip to a spotless home. I've been using MaidPro in Wicker Park for over a year now, and I cannot compliment their professionalism and expertise enough. Vicki is always so understanding when I have questions or the instances that my credit card was stolen (twice) and I had to keep submitting different payment types - talk about patience and professionalism, I was even annoyed with myself and Vicki stayed strong! Elena has been my cleaner for months now, and I swear she probably comes into a disaster and turns it around like I have never seen. The MaidPro team is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.

Dorsey has cleaned for us for over 2 years now and we are extremely pleased with her care and attention to detail in our home, as well as the service we receive from Nancy and the team at Maidpro. We are reminded and well informed of our scheduled times, Dorsey does a thorough job and is careful of our belongings and furniture as she cleans. On the occasions we've met she's polite and friendly. I have also used Maidpro for the occasional deep clean when moving in/out of our homes. They have been responsive and flexible to accommodate hectic and stressful move times. I couldnt ask for a better cleaning service. Overall I have found the competitively priced for the quality and reliability we receive.

I moved to Chicago almost 4 years ago and have used a number of different cleaning services before I found MaidPro. Vicki is GREAT to deal with, always accommodating and very responsive. The pricing is fair and the job MaidPro does is far and away the absolute best. Definitely would recommend MaidPro!

I used MaidPro on short notice last week. My cleaner arrived exactly on time, was very pleasant and professional, and did a lovely job--she even made friends with my dog! I had an excellent experience with MaidPro and will absolutely be using them again from now on.
