I hired Val’s Services for their “Super Deep Cleaning” service before moving into an unfurnished two-bedroom apartment. I chose them because of their strong reviews and the philosophy of “faxina” described on their website—something that promised a refreshing, detailed clean.

Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to those standards. Several areas were missed entirely, including the inside of the oven, dishwasher, drawers, air vents, windowsills, and baseboards. The underside of the microwave was coated in grease, the bathroom faucet hadn’t been touched underneath, and the balcony still had visible dirt and cobwebs. This was after I paid around $400, which included an additional fee for balcony cleaning.

The technician arrived an hour late, which meant I couldn’t stay for the final walkthrough. I raised my concerns with the company, provided photo documentation, and requested a full refund. They acknowledged some oversights but ultimately only offered a 50% refund and a complimentary future cleaning—which didn’t help, as I needed the service done before move-in.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I want others to be aware: if you’re looking for a true deep clean, especially before a move, I recommend proceeding with caution.

Had my first cleaning with Val’s and was not disappointed! I started with a deep clean because our bathroom and kitchen needed a good clean and sanitation. Looking forward to 4 weeks when they come back to clean 😍

When I was given a quote for Val's cleaning service for a deep clean for a property that I own, my first thought was "Wow, they should be charging more". I've used Val's several times now and they are the only cleaning option I go with. They are professional, courteous, always on time, and affordable!

This is my second time working with Val's. The first time was just okay. They did not pay attention to details like some of other reviewers mentioned. I still had to clean some things after I scheduled a Super Deep cleaning.

This time I booked a service after the Black Friday sale. Two days before they were scheduled to come clean, a lady called me saying "Our technician feels she needs to take a day off so she won't be able to clean your apartment anymore" so they pushed my appointment to another day. First off...What an UNPROFESSIONAL thing to say to a customer?! For the time they pushed my appointment to I realized I wouldn't be home to let her in so I called the next day and asked if they can come one hour later than the rescheduled time (literally 3pm instead of 2pm) and I kid you not the girl said "we don't want our technicians to be tired". So they wouldn't reschedule. YOURE THE REASON it was rescheduled in the first place! How could you not be accommodating for ONE hour when I accommodated and allowed your unprofessional excuse.

Please do not waste your time with this company.

Angelica and Jessi helped us soooo much after our move between places. After 6 years in one place, we had a lot that needed to be cleaned before finalizing moving out. They did a terrific job, and still showed up ready to work on a negative degree day. Thank you!!!!

Easy, quick and painless booking! Yesi R. was absolutely great, timely and did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. Catalina was a great professional. Super sweet and she got every spot we needed! She made our move out smoother and super fast. My apartment was really clean and it was smelling so good after her work done. I loved the experience and for sure I will reschedule soon!

Nadia was amazing! She managed to clean things in my kitchen and bathroom that I had tried and failed to clean before. She left my apartment immaculate. I couldn't be happier with Val's and my choice to set up a recurring cleaning.

My cleaners arrived on time and promptly began getting to work! They were able to reach high dusty areas which I was glad about considering my ceiling are tall. Spent a thorough amount of time on the more necessary items like stove, sink, and the tub. I am happy with my results and would hire again!

Unbelievably poor quality of service. Usually for all home services like this I tend to be fairly forgiving and understanding, but this is something I felt so compelled to write a review.

I ordered a post construction and deep cleaning service at a recommendation of my agent who is helping us renting the unit. The unit was fully move out so cleaning should be thorough. The original recommendation was that Val’s is expensive but should be professional in comparison to another one she recommended “needed supervision”. I knew I was very busy for work to have any time to supervise, so I went with the more expensive option, expecting a decent job to be done.

After charging me more than $800, see the pictures for the result (and we didn’t bother to take pictures of the bathroom because my husband and I actually went scrubbing ourselves, as we lost faith in so called professional cleaning jobs). Windows were completely unwiped, dusk was everywhere. When the agent showed up again, she couldn’t even tell that the unit had been cleaned.

I had a very bad experience with this company. First of all they overcharge for a small space also they send a different cleaning person every time which isn’t good if you’re a private person and they also leave your place smelling like vinegar they don’t put anything away they just try and clean around certain things. Just a week ago the cleaning lady did not sweep or mop my floor and they did nothing about it. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND them. The ads that they post are nothing like the service they provide.

Laura was fantastic! She was so nice and did a great job cleaning our condo. Plus our dog loved following her around the entire time she was here. 10/10

INCREDIBLE DEEP CLEAN SERVICE!!! they had such great attention to detail, even folded the toilet paper! I was blown away by the amount of care & detail they took on every room. Our shower & kitchen looked absolutely spotless in about 3-4 hours. Would def book again. Highly recommend !!

This was our first time using Val’s Cleaning Services for a super deep cleaning, and it surpassed our expectations. Our cleaning technicians (Angelica and Karla) did an extremely thorough job. We will certainly continue to use Val’s Cleaning Services in the future!

Kaela was incredible! Truly the best cleaning service I’ve ever worked with. She was efficient, warm, and made the house look the best it’s looked in years! Definitely recommend for a deep-clean!

Wow! I am so impressed with Eveling from Val's Cleaning Service! She did an absolutely incredible job cleaning our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. She was meticulous with even the smallest details, like the edge where an undermount sink meets the counter. Even our glass shower doors have never sparkled like that. I found no area that she missed! Seriously. Our home has never been cleaner and I will always request her! About Val's in general...they were very responsive and detailed with the scheduling. They provided an estimate beforehand and made payment easy via a link. Their customer service is top notch and I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: AUGUST 6, 2024: We are still using Val's and Eveling specifically and still LOVE the service! Eveling is absolutely the BEST we have ever had. She is incredibly detailed and professional! I can't imagine our place without her!

Absolutely amazing service today from Abrianna with Val’s! It was my second time having my apartment cleaned by Val’s but my absolutely favorite service done by anybody I’ve hired in the city due to the excellent job of Abrianna. She was friendly, thorough, dedicated, and left my home completely spotless. I haven’t been happier to be home than I am now and look forward to having Abrianna back next month.

I used Val's Cleaning Service for a deep clean of a 3 bed/2 bath apartment. I received a quote within a reasonable timeframe and price. I was able to get confirmation on all that was covered under the deep cleaning service that they provide. Dayana did a phenomenal job in the kitchen, especially with the stove/oven and fridge. I was very pleased with the service provided and would recommend them in the future.

My condo needed a deep cleaning and Ana made that happen! She was kind, professional, worked very hard, and was so courteous. She asked me to check each room for my satisfaction, and her small details were really appreciated. I will definitely work with her again.
