Jessenia was very professional and cleaned our apartment thoroughly. She helped clean some spots that have been neglected for a long time and made them look spotless. I was blown away by how everything looked after. I am looking forward to working with Jessenia and MaidPro again in the future!

I’ve left a 5 star review in the past but need to leave another as JASMINE is a dream! The amount of work she puts into cleaning our home makes me beyond thrilled that we found Maidpro and her! I had a wonderful experience with MaidPro of Wicker Park in March 2017! I didn't have my own vacuum yet as I had just recently moved in but they were able to bring their own which I really appreciated. They were on time, did a fantastic job, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I will definitely book future cleanings with them!

Their staff is wonderful. Very trustworthy, thorough, and friendly. I have had a different person every time I have a cleaning, but I have really been impressed with all of them. They really just get to work, always ask questions about preferences and what kind of cleaning supplies I want to use, and are just generally very wonderful to work with. The most important thing is that I can trust them, and that is really invaluable to me!

MaidPro has been cleaning my condo for several years. While I've had a cleaner here and there that did not work out, Monique in the office has always been responsive. Markita has been coming to by home for about a year and she is absolutely wonderful!

My cleaner is amazing and she is so sweet. They spend the quality and time with my home that it deserves and for reasonable pricing. I would suggest using them!

I've been working with Jo for almost half a decade, and she always comes through when you need her, I'd highly recommend this business to anybody needing a reliable, no nonsense, high quality cleaner.

I have been with Maid Pro now for 6 months or so and I have not had a complaint. They have always listened to my special cleaning needs and have worked well with my dog at home at the same time. Anytime I need to reschedule they are prompt to reply and accommodate. Very friendly staff and always clean well.

Mayra and Charlene did a fantastic job during my last clean! They were thorough, efficient and provided excellent communication throughout the session. And they are both so kind and lovely! A wonderful experience and certainly looking forward to my recurring service with MaidPro.

Once the city started opening up post-pandemic, we didn't have the time or energy for the weekly cleaning. We tried a few other options but MaidPro has been the best we've found. Kierra does a great job and has a good eye for detail. If she's not available for whatever reason, the company is proactive about contacting us to let us know we'll have someone else coming that week. We've been happy with the company and especially happy with Kierra!

MaidPro is the best! Vicki Lee (the manager) is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She is very polite when I need to reschedule. The clean itself is very thorough, and the maid I have (Deiattra) is very polite. I like the fact that this company uses a checklist to make sure they cleaned everything (it's a long checklist, too!). The price is reasonable and well worth it for how good of a job they do. I would highly recommend MaidPro!

This was our first time using MaidPro and it has been a fantastic experience. It was so easy to set up and schedule over the phone with very reasonable pricing. Our Maidpro, Jasmine, did a great job! Our condo looks fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Monica from MaidPro has been to our place twice now and both times she did a fantastic job. Everything is spectacularly clean and I've never seen someone sweep more vigorously. She's very friendly and nice and gives tips on how to keep the place clean between cleanings.

What a wonderful experience! The cleaner got my apartment looking new and shiny! She was super quick and efficient, too. I was also impressed by the turnaround time as a new customer; I called on a Weds or Thurs and Vicki (the manager who was very friendly and courteous on the phone) was able to get the cleaner to my apartment the following Monday.

My favorite part of the experience was the cleaner herself. She's a gem- friendly and exuding positivity! She was courteous, polite and warm. Plus, she was great with my dog. Thank you for the wonderful service, Brite!!! :)

I recently started using MaidPro three months ago, and it has been LIFE CHANGING. Kiara has been absolutely amazing and does such a great job cleaning my home. She is also so nice, funny, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. I get so excited each month when I know she is coming because our apartment will be SPARKLING after she leaves. Having a clean home to work from and live in constantly is so important, and hiring Kiara and MaidPro has been the best decision I have made in a long time!!

We have been using Maidpro for the last couple of months and have been so pleased. Our cleaners have been on time, friendly and efficient. We have had Nicole for the past couple of cleans and she has been amazing! Not only has she done a great job cleaning, but she also goes above and beyond--she straightens everything up beyond our expectations; she even took the time to refold blankets that we had in baskets! We couldn't recommend her(or Maidpro) more!

Markita was amazing and the apartment was move in ready and then some. Our new tenant was very happy. I plan on booking with Markita again. Be sure you request her! I also suggest having some of your usual cleaning supplies available.

Incredible cleaning service! From start to finish, everyone at MaidPro is professional, communicative, timely, thorough, and kind. Siomara is incredibly detailed and does a wonderful job with our apartment. It is honestly the BEST clean we've ever had, every time, and we are so grateful for her work. HIGHLY recommend!

Teresita was great! I have an older apartment which needs a lot of love. I appreciated her attention to detail. She was very conscientious. I've had a great experience with everyone from MaidPro, they've been very flexible with scheduling as well. (I also really love how my apartment smells after the clean, the products they use smell really good!)
