Worst cleaning service in the world they charged me all that money and nothing Idek why they wanted to scam I planned on leaving them in my house to clean while I go to work they literally tried to leave without cleaning when they thought I was gone wat ever you do don’t give these crooks your money

What a great service! Shockingly great!
My carpets were extremely filthy, cake with puppy feces and saturated with dog pee, drool, vomit, and of course some additional stains from coffee, red wine, and grease, the carpet had become a crusty brown color. It also stunk. I was about to have professionals come and strip off the carpet and return the floor to bare wooden planks. I had tried carpet cleaning services before and I even tried buying the best model of the best machine available. Nothing worked. At most, they would lessen the filth from a brown to a slightly lighter brown. But then, my brother told me about the carpet cleaner he used. I set up a visit from IDCS three days later. They looked at my two rooms and agreed the carpets were quite dirty, They then boldly assured me they would have them both done within an hour. Suffice it to say, they did most of the work within half an hour. They had quite an awesome machine. It was like watching a big sponge whipe crumbs off a marble counter. Before my eyes, what had been a brown crusty carpet was now back into its original off-white color. And, spotless! It looks like a brand new carpet. These days at my age, I am rarely surprised by good service, but this carpet cleaning was seriously awe inspiring. Moreover, their price was very reasonable, even for less than an hour's service. Heck, I was seriously giving up on the carpet. Now, I have a carpet cleaner who will make the carpet new again and again.

The imperial deep cleaning company are the real deal, there cleaning is topnotch, if I have my way I will make them clean for me everyday but there cleaning server longer that you won't have to bother to clean your home for a while because they clean to the highest depth living nothing unclean, they are the best in town right now, not caping, I have used other cleaning companies but they can never match the cleaning of imperial deep cleaning company services....

I hired this company to deep clean my mom's place upon move-in. A crew of two performed an excellent job cleaning and disinfecting in minimal time. It was worth every penny paid and tip. They were a pleasure to work with too.

We've been in search for a cleaning service for about a year and have tried several. Working with them at IDCS they understood and assigned a crew headed by them. They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies. The teams worked from the time they arrived until they finished. They are professional and detailed and did an excellent job.! I would recommend them.

IDCS did an amazing job! They are friendly, Punctual, Knowledgeable, and outstanding. Good customer services. They are always willing to schedule around my needs, no matter how that the notice. Never use these people they scammed me iam hard working mother of 8 small kids all I wanted was a reset of life after dealing with so much trauma these people came in my home in cleaned nothing 800 down the drain why me

They are amazing! Our carpet is over 30yrs old with extreme wear and tear and they made it like new again ! I called on a friday afternoon and they was able to do a last minute appointment for Saturday morning. Professional and courteous, i truly recommend Imperial Deep Cleaning service.!

Kohls and his team did an amazing job on deep cleaning my 2bdrm apartment for a move out. They were quick and efficient. Always on time and communicate very well. Very easy to schedule and their price was affordable. Attention to details. We're beyond happy with the result, and will recommend them to everyone.

Being former military and comparing that spotless standard to Imperial Deep Cleaning’s standard, I have to say I’m very impressed. Very good attention to detail. The entire team was professional and had me review their work before moving on to the next room and had no problem cleaning again when I pointed out a few small spots they missed initially. For 3 hours work, they definitely earned the $600 I paid for a very dirty apartment. I had 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and the living room done from top to bottom. Included all windows and blinds as well. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again Imperial!

The best cleaning service I have used so far, they were diligent and trust worthy. The money is worth it..I recommend them

I found this business via a Google search and the reviews seemed solid.
Here is my review:
1. I was contacted and informed that they would be 30 minutes for the initial scheduled walk through appointment due to heavy traffic. That did not work for my schedule, so he came the next morning and arrived on time.
2. We did the walk through and I was verbally quoted a price that I kept in mind. Now, my regular cleaning company always generated invoices and put things in writing, so I should have simply requested a text or email quote.
3. The day of my scheduled cleaning, I was contacted and informed they would be 30 minutes late (this should have been a red flag).
4. Upon arrival there were two men that were set to perform the work. After my daughters room was "cleaned", she returned to it and the younger gentleman left his hat on her pillow on her bed (unprofessional).
5. When it was time for me to walk through post cleaning, there were areas that definitely could have been cleaned more efficiently. At the time to close out my payment, the owner asked me what price was quoted to me. As a business owner myself, I was baffled. I informed him of the verbally quoted price and he said it is actually $200 more than what he quoted me. I told him no problem, but he would never have the opportunity to swipe my card again.
6. Yes, my house smelled wonderful, however as the night progressed the chemicals aggravated my lungs so I had to raise the windows in my home to air the strong chemicals out. There were also areas that were requested to be cleaned during the initial walk through that were not cleaned at all.

Overall, I do not in good faith recommend this company.

Extremely thorough. The entire crew was polite and very hard workers. They surpassed my expectations!!! I highly recommend them!
