Hate is a strong word but I seriously don’t like these people I pray there buisness gets shut down I work hard in save my money for months paid these ppl upfront thinking they were honest people these ppl took my money and clean nothing whatever you do never work with these people they saw a young mother and wanted to take advantage and did take advantage

I reached out to Imperial Deep Cleaning Services for a move out cleaning. Kols gave me a quote, was friendly and helped me figure what level of cleaning I needed. The price I was quoted was very fair and they were the only service I found that had some Saturday appointments. That was a lifesaver!

On the day of the cleaning they showed up 15 minutes early and immediately swung into action. The team were very friendly and very thorough.

They did an amazing job and left the apartment sparkling.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

They gave me a quote and on the day of they popped by and tripled the cost without telling me. I asked then what they could do for the original cost and they tried to say they couldn't do any of what was promised unless they doubled the price.

Their work was terrible and completely subpar, failure to dust and even do basic cleaning correctly, they broke my ceiling fan and offered no attempt at repair or even discount. The broke another family artifact and tried to hide it pretending I would not notice.

In summation terrible customer service, deceptive business practices, and shoddy work which is over priced. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

My house was totally in a bad shape because I was out of town for some time,I called team imperial to fix it and they did a wonderful job.kohls was respectful and nice .I recommend them at all times .

These guys are the best! I moved into an apartment that needed some deep bathroom cleaning. I was honestly worried that no one would be able to get the stain in the bathroom out. Imperial Deep Cleaning came over for a walkthrough, gave me a fair price, and then came back the next day to clean. Very kind, empathetic guys—give them a call!

Casilda and her team are excellent. She was very responsive and professional. On time and had her own supplies. She took her time and they do amazing work! My condo was on Ridge in Evanston. Thank you for making my place look brand new.

Great housecleaning services! My studio apartment (Bathroom, Kitchen & Living Area) was cleaned extremely well by Casilda and her sister. Even requested for me to review the job if anything missed. But of course not, as they were very thorough. They also have fair pricing too.

I heard about Magic Cleaning from Nextdoor and called them for a regular cleaning to my 1 bed/1 bath apartment. I was so impressed by their attention to detail, professionalism and speed. They are communicative and worth every dollar. I will call them again.

Magic Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my house. I have tried many other cleaning services in Chicago and none of the others came close. I had Magic Cleaning do a deep clean and they were very thorough. I have a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house and Casilda and her sister worked very hard and very efficiently to clean it. If you want a clean house, try them. You won’t be sorry!
