I have been using their service for regular monthly cleaning from over 3 years. No complaints so far, they are on time and flexible to make adjustments when needed. Give them a try , you wouldn’t regret.

I would give Detailed Cleaning a solid three stars. The cleaning was on average of what I would expect from a cleaning company.

I paid $180 dollars for a deep clean. I told them I wanted the apartment as clean as possible for my future tenant. My apartment is bare with all the furniture moved out. While they were cleaning and I asked if they did the windows (because they were still grimy) and they told me it wasn’t included in the package. Okay? I had to clean the windows on my own while they were here. I asked myself why I am paying a premium if I am doing my own work.

Also, my toilet was clogged after they finished cleaning the bathroom. I pointed it out to them, but the workers just stood there with the “oh, what do you expect me to do about this” look. I know it was never clogged before and one light flush later, the toilet is backed up to the rim. They probably flushed their paper towels in there. Okay, whatever, I unclogged it myself with a plunger.

I also noticed the floor still had dirt and grime on it after they did a light mopping. So I had to wipe the floors by hand after they finished.

They finished in about 3 hours and gave it a good college try. The kitchen counter, fridge, and bathroom look pretty good. The floors, walls, and windows, I had to do myself.

Other programs in my area give you 4-5 hours of deep cleaning for the same price.

Considering this business and the price you pay, I would not recommend them as there are more competitive options out there.

Doina did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! With 2 cats and a dog- she had her work cut out for her. My apartment smells great. And her attention to detail is spot on . I will absolutely use her again .

The employees are on-time, professional, and follow my requests. They pay attention to detail and get it right the 1st time. The owners are attentive, responsive, and friendly. I have finally stopped my search for a good cleaning company and I recommend them to all of my friends.

I’ve used a few different cleaning services in the last four years and had a variety of cleaners come to my home. I’ve had different people because I wouldn’t be completely happy even after giving them a few tries. My husband told me I needed to lower my standards and that I was too picky. (Yes I’ll admit I’m a bit obsessive when it comes to cleanliness.) My search has finally ended! Doina did an incredible job and cleaned the way I would have and I’m so thankful to have found her. Not a spot left unturned. Very detail oriented. I’m so thrilled and highly recommend her!
