We have been very happy with the services provided by Happy Home Cleaning Chicago! They are eco friendly and cater to the individual needs of everyone in our house. They are pet friendly as well! The owner is very involved and follows up to make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. Their attention to detail is wonderful! We’ve had bi-weekly cleanings for almost 3 months in our 2 bed 2 bath and it is such a treat! Our house feels refreshed and bright every time Happy Home comes and they make it so much easier for us to keep up with the apartment in the 2 weeks between service because of their long lasting efforts. They are kind, friendly and efficient while they are here. Overall, highly recommend this service to anyone looking for an elevated cleaning company who clearly values their employees, high-quality products and service.

Wow, I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this service!! From start to finish, Tina was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. We had a Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean and it was sooooooo great. Both cleaners took extreme care with our space and it is sparkling. I’m so impressed!! We will certainly be using Happy Home Cleaning again!!

I’ve been using Happy Home Cleaning Chicago since October 2025 and I seriously can’t recommend them enough. Tina is an awesome business owner. She’s super quick to reply whether I email or text her, and I had a ton of questions at first about how they clean, what tools and products they use, all that stuff. She answered every single one patiently and made me feel like my questions actually mattered.
Sebastian is the absolute best. He gets the job done perfectly every single time. The attention to detail is unreal, my place always looks spotless and smells so fresh. I love walking in the door after he’s been here.

I’m extremely satisfied with my cleaning service i’ve received from Happy Home Cleaning! This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and I will continue to do so. I came home to spotless home. I have many shelves completely filled and everything was clean/dusted and put back in the exact place I had left it. I also have cabinets that I almost found close to impossible to clean myself but Sebastian from Happy Home Cleaning took the proper care and attention to clean them. My bathroom was spotless with build up removed from my tilled shower. High recommend and extremely greatful!

The carpet cleaner was very knowledgeable, through, took his time and explained his entire process.

Quick and easy for what I needed. I felt like their communication was very chaotic. They called at 815 asking if they could come early. Then called at 1130 saying they would be there in 15 mins but the driver did not show up until after 2pm.

However, the gentleman that came was very professional and courteous and did a good job.

They always provide excellent service; they are professional, very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend them.

The guy that clean was really nice respectful and did an awesome job. I will be using this company in the future.

Shawn did a great job cleaning my 15 years old off white, custom made expensive sofa. My dog would lay on it when i was not around and he got it dirty.

the scheduler and tech were professional, and arrived on time with a pre arrival call as the scheduler said they would. The work was done quickly and I like the results very much!

Shawn was wonderful and did a fabulous job. He took his time and didn't miss a thing. He got ten years worth of dirt and pet dander out of our couch and loveseat. Would highly recommend. A little pricy but well worth it.

The cleaning John and his trainee did was great. I gave four stars as they arrived three hours later than their initial window and they did not communicate with me about being late. I had to phone them twice with two different ETA’s.
